Unlike many competitors Sejda is transparent about their pricing and has a fair free version.

It is also surprisingly functionnal and easy to use.

For a simple task such as editing a single file it is efficient (what you do is what you get), you will not even have to sign-up (no account needed).

Because this free tier exist, I assume that they only make money on people needing their premium features and that their core business revolves around providing the best service possible.

Very buggy software. For example, you have to do the text layout multiple times, and yet in the end, Sedja ruins the layout by moving the lines around. Actually, almost no command works on the first try. I cannot recommend.

Absolutely awful experience. Edward was my point of contact when reaching out to customer service. My minor accidentally purchased the license by mistake and when I kindly explained the situation and requested for a courtesy refund for $5, he went out of his way to be rude and unprofessional with his snippy tone, further pushing questions about how it was possible for a minor to do this. He basically would rather waste time arguing than problem-solving, which is wild. Getting a customer upset is not worth the $5, bro.

I'm not sure if he's the developer or just customer service, but it really confused me how a SaaS representative does not understand that children make mistake purchases all the time on apps. He was fighting tooth and nail to let his ego be right instead of apologizing for lack of clarity of purchase flow in his product. Talk about horrible bedside manner LOL.

I hope everyone takes their business elsewhere. Just pay for Adobe Acrobat because this product isn't worth it.

Really delivers what you would expect without any trick or deception. Trustworthy tool.

I have used Sejda pdf delete pdf pages tool and it worked better against most of the websites who claims to remove pdf pages for free. However it has free tier limit means 3 tasks per hour and max. 50 mb. So i also landed on another tool (compressjpg.net) that does the same PDF work without any restrictions and that works on browser too. However both of them are my favorites.

IT is a very easy to use app and they a lot of important tools for free.

I had to edit some PDFs for work and I got to do it in seconds. No login or ailly sign ups. It was quick, exact and I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Sejda team!

Great experience with this company. Very functional website and useful tools however they could not convert scans which is what I needed but comms was fantastic! Will definitely recommend and will use for other great tools when required.

Genuinely might be the worst website I have ever used. Spent 6 hours on a piece of homework just for the fuckass website to go delete it so I have to do it all again.

Unbelievable easy to use GUI. No pressure website marketing options. Software works flawlessly. I will be signing up for a paid account. Way better thought out than many of the other PDF editors including Adobe!!!
