Saroj handled my issue courteously, professionally and quickly! He does his job well (which is quite rare these days). I am very impressed with his work. He deserves a big raise!

As I was reviewing a few websites and checking out whether which would suit my initial needs, I signed into one and then became unsure whether I had signed in or signed up. I notified their customer service department and Garmina quickly responded and took care of the issue. I was very satisfied with the service.

I have been exactly replicating the Alpha Picks portfolio since April 2026, and my real-world result is a 1% loss. Meanwhile, a simple, low-cost Nasdaq-100 tracker returned a 19% gain over the exact same period.
The massive outperformance advertised by Seeking Alpha is a theoretical paper-portfolio illusion that ignores the reality of retail investing. Here is why their reported returns are unachievable for a regular consumer:
1. Massive Slippage: The moment a buy alert is sent to thousands of subscribers, the stock price immediately jumps. As a consumer, you are always buying at a premium compared to the model's theoretical entry price.
2. Transaction Costs and Spreads: The model calculates gross returns. In reality, the high turnover and frequent portfolio adjustments lead to significant trading fees and bid-ask spreads at your broker, which eat up any potential alpha.
3. Execution Drag: The computer models adjust instantly, but human beings cannot adjust portfolios daily without massive friction and time investment.
4. Backtest Manipulation: The historical backlog is heavily optimized looking backward, launched at the absolute bottom of the 2022 market cycle.
5. Punishing Foreign Exchange (FX) Fees: For international clients, especially those based in Europe or outside the US, the constant portfolio turnover forces you to pay heavy currency conversion fees (FX drag) back and forth between EUR and USD. This structural cost alone makes it mathematically impossible to match their model.
If you are a new investor lured in by the "400%+ return" marketing, be warned: you will not get these results. The marketing hides the execution drag, and you are highly likely to underperform a basic index fund while paying a hefty subscription fee. Save your money and stick to a low-cost ETF.

I subscribed to premium but can't access it. It has been a total waste of money so far. Think I'll cancel and take the loss. Would definitely not recommend.

Whenever a glitch occurs, representatives (this time Sakshi) have handled my request and solved the issues promptly and efficiently. It is refreshing and welcomed. Thank you!

Useful site with people posting their analysis; however, even the premium plan doesn't include API access and is limited to agent-based exposure. Since I see this as a platform that facilitates content rather than creating it itself, I rate it at most 3 stars, which reflects this limitation. For manual reading, etc., the content is too extensive, and the inability to connect to it severely limits the value of the expensive yearly subscription.

I've been with Alpha Picks/Seeking Alpha since March 2026 and while I like their customer support team, I'm exceedingly disappointed in their investing advice. Many fellow investors say I should give it a year. But many of their picks are down 30% and 40% as of today. Why should I pay for a service to lose money for me? And all of these picks of theirs were rated "strong buy." My experience has been more like "strong loss." My advice to you: STAY AWAY. They've lost their touch.

I signed up for a Growth & Income subscription, but quickly realized that I wanted their PQP subscription instead. I requested a Refund for the G&I, which was referred to Apple or Google or someone else. I pursued this and in the end Garima made a one-time exception and gave me a refund.

I have had several issues in connecting with Seeking Alpha and their response is always quick, professional and helpful. Saroj in customer service is a real plus to this organization!

Saroj responded to each of my questions in a timely fashion. I made some changes to my setup and I hope I will see the results from the changes. Seeking Alpha needs to change the wording on the portfolio summary email so that it is more accurate.

They advertise 4.95 USD trial, but charge 361 USD, and never return the money. SCAMMERS!!!
