I have been using Alpha Picks for around two years now. One thing I've noticed is that many picks seem to jump 5–10% right at the 5:00pm (UK time) buy alert, but I often don't receive the pick d... See more

I bought a subscription by mistake and contacted the support team. Their response was prompt, and they processed my request without hassle. Very impressed with their customer service.

Seeking Alpha is a solid company and gives very helpful investment information and insights.
Additionally their customer service (especially Saroj) responded graciously my needs. Thank you!

I was surprised that I asked for assistance and Saroj Kumar picked up my ticket and, within minutes, solved my problem.

Saroj is a great example of outstanding customer support.

I am extremely disappointed with both Seeking Alpha's customer service and what I consider to be misleading subscription and refund practices.
I signed up for a low-cost trial through Google Play, which later converted into an annual Premium subscription. After noticing the renewal, I contacted customer support promptly to explain my circumstances and request a refund.
The customer service I received was among the worst I have experienced. The representative was dismissive from the outset, repeatedly stated that a refund was not possible, and provided no meaningful explanation for the decision. I later received a callback from the same representative, who simply reiterated that the refund had been denied without addressing any of my concerns. I found the tone to be rude, unprofessional and completely lacking in empathy.
I was also surprised to discover that Seeking Alpha prominently advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, yet I was told this does not apply to the Premium subscription. In my view, this is confusing and potentially misleading, as it creates an expectation of protection that was not available in my case. If significant exclusions apply, they should be made clear and prominent before customers subscribe.
As a UK consumer, I also raised what I believe are my rights under UK consumer law regarding a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services and subscriptions that begin on payment. Rather than engaging with this point or explaining why they believed those rights did not apply, my concerns were simply dismissed. The company appeared either unaware of, or unwilling to address, the UK consumer protections I had raised.
I appreciate that businesses are entitled to have refund policies, but those policies should be transparent, fairly communicated, and applied alongside any applicable consumer rights. Customers should also be treated with respect and given clear explanations when significant sums of money are involved.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Seeking Alpha. I hope the company reviews both its customer service standards and the transparency of its subscription and refund policies.
Edit: Seeking Alpha responded below but when I contacted support (Mawshan), they immediately closed the ticket without responding.

'Selection of stocks via fundamentals" and applications of its values to decide buy, sell or long term returns via Alpha picks.
For sure my returns in short 3 years doubling the value making the investor confidant.
2. PQP brought the excitement of witnessing how short term value growth like a semi trader.
3. The one year portfolio's created 40 to 80% return every year if one has any money left to invest in these gems.
4. First time I have seen for myself seeking alpha building wealth to common people like myself unlike an experienced portfolio manager. What can I say other than thank you Seeking Alpha for "Building wealth to your subscribers".
5. Customer service when needed well served with answers to issues raised. My suggestion to the management is to reduce reply times.
You have some very responsible people in the customer service. One recent incident for me" 1st week of June 2026": My credit cards (2) had to be cancelled and changed to new ones, middle of subscription renewal. Ms. Akshara N. helped me to not only afford 3 days of delay time but also helped me to get the discount offered on all 3 subscriptions. Let me say in short solutions were available 90% of the time for all questions.
Sorry, I made this too long.

My Issue was resolved, I did receive good customer service & my concerns were addressed. My Only issue is that some of the stocks are not available to me, as I am a UK consumer. Other than that, Wall Street vs Quant Vs Alpha analysts is extremely helpful
Thank you

I have subscribed to the Seeking Alpha platform as a premium member for several years now. On June 10th, 2026 I renewed my subscription for $539 @ 24 months. 29 days later, on July 9th, Seeking Alpha cut off my access to my paid account without giving me a reason. They have refused to reinstate my account and refused to refund my money. In other words, Seeking Alpha has committed fraud against me and stolen over $500 from me. If you are considering buying a membership from Seeking Alpha I suggest you run from them as fast and far as you can.

I trialled the Seeking Alpha subscription. I did not receive a notification email of an upcoming payment and when my trial ended I was charged for a full years subscription.
I immediately (within 2 hours) emailed SA asking them to cancel and refund me. They refused and just said get to learn the product. No response to my follow up email.
This reeks of a business desperate for cash. Be careful taking part in a trial, the service is ruthless, recommend avoiding this business.

subscribed to alpha picks in May end 2026, their three recommendations so far have performed very poorly and investment in strong buy is down by 10 % in 5 weeks, latest recommendation on july 1st is down 20 % within 4 days, so this service not worth it. regret joining this and money wasted

Very problematic service and completely useless customer service. They had just auto billed me for an annual service without sending any reminders beforehand. The customer service was disastrous and not helpful at all and only repeated saying they send email reminder when in fact I have received none. Completely unprofessional customer support that would not investigate on the matter and only repeated the same statement over and over again like a bot. Do not subscribe to SA, it’s a scam and there’s no customer support when you need help. And frankly SA doesn’t have much quality content and it’s more like advertising materials on their site.

Recently, over 2-3 days I had multiple cordial exchanges via e-mail with Sakshi Signghania from Seeking Alpha's Customer Services Department in order to resolve a very frustrating technical/accessibility issue. From start to end Sakshi remained calm, focused, endlessly patient, always very polite and considerate, determined, highly professional and technically skilled until the issue was successfully resolved. Sakshi is a very, very value added employee of Seeking Alpha and a credit to her employer - thank you. I remain one very happy and satisfied customer!

Be very careful with seeking alpha subscription. They do automatic renewal and there is no refund and 14 day cooling period. If you miss their email reminder you loose 300+ dollars.
UK consumers has no protection.

Just a bunch of frauds. You get nothing for the first $300, only the option to pay more to get something else. Literally I could get more and better researched info from Motley Fool googling w/o even paying MF.
Again. Just a bunch of frauds. Stay away.
I tried to not renew my subscription - after they debited my credit card when I didn't want them to, but was unable. All they want is your money.
