I adore subdued. The clothes are SO CUTE and I feel like the sizing is actually consistent (some brands I'll fit perfectly in an xs for one thing then be an xxs for another and an s for another but I feel like I've never had that issue with subdued, and I own 6 pairs of the jeans, 1 sweatshirt, and now 2 fold over shorts). The shipping is pretty fast and I've never had an issue with it taking long or anything, and the quality is so good I just love subdued

I returned 2 items the day after being received. I can see from tracking these arrived on the 1st July. Customer services say they arrived 8th July. I have still not received a refund. Really disappointing as my daughter loves these clothes.

It took nearly two weeks to deliver my…
It took nearly two weeks to deliver my order and was then going to cost £12 to return the items. I should have paid more attention to delivery times when I placed the order but incorrectly assumed it would be similar to the other brands that my daughter wears. When the items did not arrive on time for my daughter’s birthday I went to store to buy something instead but you are unable to return items to store at all - even full price store bought items, so that was too much of a risk. Especially given how expensive the clothes are.

Problem with sending the item back or…
Problem with sending the item back or sent back with labor provided from the company came back in the post with complaint email to the company. They said we’ve never asked for a return which is not true because they sent us the label. Customer service text days to answer. No solution yet.
