The property management service is excellent. Catarina Pita and Anita Dodd are both attentive and friendly, and keep a very close eye on all important works and requirements. My tenants are also kept happy, which is perhaps the most important thing of all to achieve the frictonless experience we all want. Thoroughly recommended.

It was a pleasure selling our flat with Jon and Lewis at the Highams Park branch. Their valuation was honest and not pushy at all, the attention to detail (telling us how to best present the property for pictures) was excellent and they regularly followed up on the sale and did their best to push us through to completion. Would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Stow Brothers highly enough. As a landlord who recently relocated abroad, having a reliable team on the ground in London is critical, and the Walthamstow branch delivered on every front.

Our experience started with Gok, who was our main point of contact for getting the house on the market. He was highly proactive, driving the internal teams to get the listing live as quickly as possible. Once live, Gok handed things over to Kevin, who took charge of the viewings and potential tenant checks. Kevin was outstanding—especially when our first applicants failed referencing. He navigated the situation seamlessly and quickly secured a new, excellent tenant with a faster move-in timeline.

On the administrative and logistical side, Tanika was incredibly efficient. She made sure all compliance paperwork was in order, and coordinated both the pre-tenancy professional clean and the thorough check-in inventory.

They made what could have been a highly stressful overseas process feel completely under control. Thank you, Gok, Kevin, and Tanika!

Renting a place can be so stressful, and it seems to be getting harder and harder. No going round in circles, no sales tactics, just honest advice and a really good attitude.

Anita Datta was our Property Manager for the best part of almost 2 years and was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly attentive, checking in regularly to make sure everything was okay and to allow us to flag any issues we may have had. Regarding issues we did bring to her attention, she often responded with news on a call-out being schedule within the day which was incredibly helpful and honestly quite a rare thing to encounter. Overall we've had such a brilliant time during our stay at the property, mostly accredited to Anita's ease of contact, friendly service and ultimately, her above and beyond willingness to help wherever and whenever she could. Thank you!
