This Stelrad radiator is a very good design even though I only bought the basic type very strong and well made. I'm sure this will make the home warmer this coming winter. I shall order some more from Stelrad in due course.

Web site was easy to navigate, found what I was looking for with no problem, one thing I would say is my item was a little bit over packaged, my tiny little radiator saddle clips came in a massive plastic bag, that aside they worked a treat and now my radiator is firmly held into the wall brackets with no movement.

It was easy for me to find the product I was looking for on the website. I feel that for spare parts is the price point was good. I ordered on express delivery and it was delivered promptly to be fitted by plumber.

You had exactly what I wanted at a really good price. I ordered on line and delivery was prompt. Once unwrapped I found one side panel was damged, phoned immediatley and a replacement panel was received two days later without any fuss.

Superb service. Unfortunately the radiator was delivered slightly damaged through transport, but an e mail and telephone call the next day and a new radiator was delivered the following day. You can’t ask for better service than that. Excellent well recommended.

I had a few problems but the young lady solved everything speedily

I needed to change a large number of radiators in my property. Having chosen Stelrad as the manufacturer / make required due to the quality of the product I started to order radiators from well know suppliers.

Unfortunately, everyone I ordered was coming through with major damage that was so obvious. It was clear that no care was being taken which caused delays waiting for the radiators to arrive / return, together with large amounts of credits outstanding.

With none of the suppliers used having any intention of rectifying the problem I researched and looked at Stelrad Direct.

I contacted the Customer Service department and spoke to a lady called Stacey. She was sympathetic to the problem, listened to my concerns and offered to help.

She then arranged the radiators to be sent direct to myself, for which they would be adequately packaged and were to be sent out in the numbers I required at different times.
The correspondence / communication was second to none. The delivery service was excellent with communication throughout all the processes.
The radiators (Twelve) all arrived on time, with no damage at all.

During the process I dealt with a number of Customer Service personnel at Stelrad which Included Stacey, Hayley and Amy. All of the people who assisted were polite, professional and done exactly what they said they would do. I could not thank them all enough.

I am aware that this was a team effort so thank you.

It was uplifting to actual speak to a Company with a great quality product, have the old fashioned values to deal with customers sympathetically and professionally on every level which is rare these days.

My project is now complete but what I cannot understand why people would bother to go to merchants / suppliers and not go to Stelrad direct. Once you do you’ll be glad that you did.
