I ordered a frog and received a do-it-yourself bead set, not at all what I ordered, and they refused to allow the return and money back. I paid $28; they offered $ 6 USD. I hope you can accept the goods and accept compensation. I responded and said "Hello,
I cannot use the goods, so I do not want to keep them.
I ordered a frog, not beads. You misrepresented the goods.
Please send the shipping address for the return.
I look forward to a full refund once you receive them and have signed for them.

I ordered a Van Halen 5150 40th Anniversary Atlas 3D Sculpted Collector's Edition Bottle on June 28, 2026. On July 21, 2026, I received a plain bottle with wavy lines on it. It wasn't even close to the 5150 Atlas bottle I ordered. I have sent an email asking for the bottle or a full refund. We'll see what happens.

UPDATE: They offered a $4 refund. Lol! I filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back.

I've had trouble in the past ordering from over seas, so if I had known your product was coming from overseas I wouldn't have ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised with how you kept me informed as to the progress of my order. I purchased the WIFI device for our son who lives in the Rocky Mountains and doesn't get internet. We'll take it up there in a couple weeks and try it. I really hope it works. I'll let you know.
