Printed Splashback Reviews

Recently ordered my beautiful splashback from this company and i am over the moon with it. I was unsure how to go about ordering and the lovely lady talked me step bye step over the telephone. It turned out better than we ever expected and we love it thank you so much and i highly recommend this company.

I used my own photo for my kitchen splash back, but needed a higher resolution, printed splashback help me with this. The communication was spot on as was the postage.
The quality is amazing I’m so pleased with the outcome.

I had been struggling for some time to find exactly what I wanted for my new kitchen splashback as wanted to change the feel of my kitchen. Finally found an image on printedsplashback.com but was very wary as they would be producing the image which wasn't a stock image. I also wanted it with a satin effect. I spoke to Lorraine in customer service and as it was not a standard order she guided me through the whole process and even adjusted the image so it sat much better within the space. After being fobbed off by other companies it was such a relief. I was expecting costs to be through the roof and was extremely happily surprised at the costs quoted. Lorraine worked with me to make sure that courier delivered when there was someone in and I genuinely cannot rate this company and their customer service high enough. Thank you

Brilliant! Quality, delivery can't be better!

I had a splashback made to my exact spec, a strange shape and with my own picture on. Fantastic customer service and workmanship. Very quick turnaround and very well packaged. I am thrilled with my splashback it’s perfect. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely fantastic experience with Printed Splashback.

The choice on their website is incredible — genuinely unlike anything I found elsewhere — and we were able to choose something that was perfect for our kitchen.

Unfortunately, our first splashback arrived with a small chip on one corner, but this is where their customer service really stood out. From the moment I contacted them, the communication was fantastic and they couldn’t have been more helpful. A replacement was made, printed and delivered to us within around three days, which for a completely custom-made product is exceptional service.

Things occasionally go wrong with any order, but for me, it’s how a company deals with it that really matters — and Printed Splashback were faultless.

Beautiful product, an unbelievable amount of choice and genuinely excellent customer service. After the experience we’ve had, I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Highly recommended.

Customer service amazing from start to finish The quality of the image is absolutely beautiful. Ordered two different options delivery was quick and we were kept up to date re delivery One of the splash backs was damaged on arrival however the company went above and beyond to rectify the situation and a replacement was sent - our kitchen is now complete I would highly recommend this company and would definitely purchase from them again - they would have been given 10 stars - the whole team must work together to produce this level of quality finish and customer service ⭐️

I have to say, the service was brilliant. So easy to order. I sent an image from my holiday. It arrived on time and we'll packed. The quality is amazing. I absolutely love it. I can't wait to get my kitchen done so i can see the splashback in place. Definitely recommend this company.

Brilliant communications with Lorraine very helpful. Highly recommend.

Amazing service , fast from start to finish with prompt responses to queries
When it arrived I was Absolutley delighted with the product , excellent quality , will be ordering more for my kitchen

Very easy to put up and looks fantastic , arrived at the specified date
Highly recommend this company

Love my new Splashback, they used a design that I made. I sent them a .PNG image which they upscaled, cropped and positioned. The online options to reposition were easy to use (but not required).
The price was really good and about the same as a standard plain Splashback from other outlets.
Packaged really well. Delivery was around a week.
Would certainly recommend.

Was skeptical when I ordered my splashback and chopping boards from this online company but I am very, very happy with both the product and the service. My splashback is perfection 👌 I love it . The delivery was on time and driver was very professional. Would definitely recommend this company

The product looks absolutely fabulous and the support from Lorraine in customer services was first class! Having ordered the wrong dimensions, all was corrected with a telephone call and email. The offer to resize the image for the size of the splashback was excellent too! Delivery was timed perfectly.

How refreshing to find a company that supplies top quality glass backsplash’s as well as having such engaging and helpful staff, Lorraine was brilliant. We are throughly delighted with our Antique Glass Backsplash and would not hesitate in recommending this company. Steve and Olivia.

I ordered 2 splash backs for my kitchen, Lorraine from customer services contacted me to verify the sizes and designs were correct, she was so helpful and went above and beyond. When the splash backs arrived they were perfect, such vibrant colours.
A big thank you for the beautiful products and faultless customer support

Ordered two splashbacks and couldn't be more pleased.
It was easy to upload my photos with the website confirming the resolution was suitable. They arrived a few days later very well packed and better than expected. Now on the wall they look spectacular, cannot recommend enough.

Wow what can i say?? Splash back arrived on time the quality and finish are fantastic. The reproduction of the picture i uploaded is amazing. Cannot fault at all. Great communication, all my questions answer quickly and in a very professional manner. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

After choosing a pattern I liked from their large catalogue the ordering process was easy, and I was given an estimated delivery date of just over a week. The splashback arrived on the day, well packaged, and the image was perfect. It was easy to install with the adhesive and fitted perfectly. The matching worktop saver is also good quality.

Great company would definitely recommend. I really appreciated the help and support I got from the team in getting my back splash image correct , nothing was too much trouble for them . I’m so pleased with the result 😊. Thanks Everyone
