Not particularly pleased this time…
Not particularly pleased this time around. Not the first time I buy from Pixojet.dk, but it is the first where I am dissatisfied with the experience. The game I bought had been insufficiently wrapped, and both the outer box and the game box had been damaged. As it was a gift, I did not want to give it in that condition, and chose to return it, which meant that I am supposed to pay for its return despite the reason being the condition of the product. The return label process seemed easy enough, however, though I sent it on the 26th of July, I still have not received a return confirmation by August 5th. In all, it's been a pretty underwhelming experience.

We did receive your return package, but the damage was so minimal that we hadn’t noticed it. If you had sent us an email with a photo, we could have handled the matter differently for you.
We’ve had holiday staffing during weeks 30–32, which unfortunately delayed the processing of returns, but your refund was issued on 12/8.
We truly appreciate your previous orders with us, and we hope we can give you a better experience next time.

Good customer service just need a reminder
I'm rating this store 4 star because as soon that I noticed I have received a defective product and reached out to them they have agreed to send me another. This might be the worst company I have…
This might be the worst company I have ever ordered from. First of all they have a passive aggressive customer service, so you get triggered from the first second. They send there products with letter mail for 59kr. They say it will take 2-3 days. I ordered 07.11.24. Got the package today. Apparently they tried to call us by intercom on Friday to deliver the package. Funny enough I never gave them our info, so how costumer service can tell me that the post service tried to call first I don’t know. After that, apparently the package didn’t fit in mailbox, so they took it to the nearest post office. Then when I finally could get my package today, after I don’t need it anymore, the package was already opened inside, and I didn’t even get what I ordered. Really bad customer service, don’t believe what they tell you. Stay away.

Horrible
Ordered a kids Halloween outfit. Website said 1-3 days delivery. They used over a week befor they sent the item. Almost 2 weeks later not received anything. Result is kid not having a costume for Halloween. The response from customers service was that they hope it arrives in time. Never ordering from this company again.

This company claims 1-3 days delivery. That is a scam. Asking them to reroute the package made them claim no responsibility.
As long as they use PostNord it's impossible to trust them!
