Package never arrived

Ordered $200 of clothing 1 month ahead of a trip that I needed them for, supposed to arrive in 10 days maximum (I'm in HI), still hadn't arrived after more than 3 weeks, I was told that the package was evidently lost by USPS. I've been a Patagonia customer for more than 20 years, but no more.

No major complaints

Have been happy with all my t shirts and pants from Patagonia. High quality when I purchase from MEC in Canada. I have products that lasted months of wear on the Camino and still good shape 3 years later.
I’ve never dealt with customer service but it is scammy they charge 30$ to ship from USA instead of a Canadian outlet.

Checkout process doesn’t work…

Checkout process doesn’t work correctly! My Partner got me a gift card which I can’t use! I tried in official physical store to be told I can only use online, tried online for it to not let me checkout, raised a query to be told I can use it in store and then be of no help in the slightest ! I think this company is really struggling & on the verge of bankruptcy and doing all they can to mislead customers!

Disappointing experience

I wanted to like this store, but too much went wrong along the way. The packaging was inadequate and the contents shifted around in transit. It took several emails before I got a useful response from support. Left me with a poor impression overall.

Questionable leadership decision

Questionable leadership decision. An outdoor clothing brand who prides themselves on environmental sustainability, suing a climate activist for having a name that sounds LIKE their company. When their company name is literally a region in South America is utterly disgusting.

Thought I was dealing with a reputable…

Thought I was dealing with a reputable company. Bought online my husbands favourite zip front fleece from Patagonia. ‘ Better sweater’ the following season and the same size as before. Is bigger than the previous, Looks wrong. Upon reporting the sizing issue to Patagonia the response was very disappointing. Essentially a medium last season can’t be expected to be the same in the new season. For the exact same item. Seriously as a consumer I trusted their standards. This is what consumers expect when they purchase online. Consistency!
Don’t buy Patagonia online. They have no sizing consistency.

You’ve sent a chilling message

After years of supporting your brand and genuinely believing that Patagonia stood for environmental advocacy and community building, I can no longer, in good conscience, be a customer.

Taking legal action against a drag performer and climate activist who has done so much to bring joy, inclusivity, and crucial funding to the environmental movement is entirely antithetical to the values your company claims to champion. Rather than uplifting a queer voice that has mobilised thousands for the planet, you have chosen to punch down and weaponise your immense corporate power.

What makes this situation even more reprehensible is the timing of your latest public statement. To release your list of demands to Pattie Gonia on the very first day of Pride Month is beyond tone-deaf; it is a slap in the face. It sends a chilling message to the LGBTQ+ community that your allyship is entirely performative. To acknowledge Pride while actively trying to silence, erase, and financially drain a prominent queer activist is a staggering, shameful failure of leadership.

Disgusting excuse for a company

Disgusting excuse for a company. Coming after someone and forcing them away from their livelihood because you’re mad you can’t trademark the name of your company, WHICH IS A REGION LONG BEFORE YOU WERE A COMPANY, that makes zero sense. Hope this place goes out of business real quick. Pathetic.

Longtime customer joining the boycott

I have been a Patagonia customer for years and have generally respected the company's commitment to environmental and social causes. However, after learning about reports of a trademark and copyright dispute involving drag performer Pattie Gonia, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Whether or not the legal claims are ultimately justified, I am disappointed by what I perceive as a heavy-handed approach toward someone who has become an important voice for inclusion, environmental advocacy, and the outdoor community. The situation has left me questioning whether Patagonia's actions align with the values the company publicly promotes.

As a result, I will be boycotting Patagonia and switching my outdoor apparel purchases to The North Face. Consumers have the right to support companies whose actions reflect their personal values, and this decision reflects mine.

I hope Patagonia and Pattie Gonia are able to reach a resolution that supports creativity, advocacy, and the broader outdoor community.

Drop the lawsuit

Drop the lawsuit! Pattie gonia deserves to use that name. You don’t own the mountains or the word. You are in completely different categories and your corporate greed is going to tank your company. Shoddy values and predatory business practices.

Drop the lawsuit!!!!

Drop the lawsuit!!!! How can anyone support a company suing a climate activist who is trying to save the planet????
This shows extremely poor character and very questionable values from the top of this company.
And what a time to do it, when the US is falling apart before our very eyes....Patagonia has clearly shown the world whose side they are on, and what they stand for.
Embarrassing and disgraceful

Embarrassing and disgraceful.....and to think what they could have achieved had they chosen love, creativity, collaboration, and planetary activism, in stead of spending millions on lawsuits.

Disappointed to see a company who named…

Disappointed to see a company who named themselves after a shared wildness is threatening the artist and Drag Queen Pattie Gonia over their own brand insecurity. It’s odd behavior from a company that lays no claim to the original Patagonia, and betrays their values of being a brand that claims to belong to the people. Chill out and stop acting like some corporate lawyer.
