Same experience as many others, partsouq simply cancel parts that suddenly aren't in stock after all, and ship whatever of your order that they actually do have in stock, without ever offering a substitution or whatever. They did a refund, though.

If I ever were to order from them again, I will order exactly 1 item. Then, you're probably safe.

Warning for EU customers ordering from Partsouq with FedEx

Just a heads-up for anyone ordering small parts from Partsouq to the EU.

My order was only $7.06, and FedEx shipping was $17.53, so I paid $24.59 in total at checkout.

The parcel was delivered normally, but about two weeks later I received an additional FedEx invoice for 621 CZK (around €25):

• 73 CZK customs duty
• 184 CZK import VAT
• 364 CZK FedEx disbursement fee

The surprising part was the 364 CZK FedEx fee — it was considerably higher than the actual import taxes and wasn’t something I expected when choosing the shipping option.

So if you’re ordering inexpensive parts from Partsouq to the EU via FedEx, be aware that the price you pay at checkout may not be your final cost. You may receive an additional customs/tax and FedEx fee invoice after delivery.

Hopefully this saves someone else from the same surprise.

I had a terrible experience with PartSouq. I placed order #1022321 for a main expensive part (Window Regulator) along with a cheap $2 clip. To make things worse, they charge an extra fee per item if you choose the "24-hour dispatch" option, which turned out to be a complete trap!

After paying these extra fees, the main item turned out to be out of stock. Instead of holding the order or canceling it like any respectful business would do, their automated system canceled the main part and shipped the single $2 clip, forcing me to pay $16 for DHL shipping!

Paying $16 to ship a $2 item, plus fake dispatch fees, is completely unacceptable and feels like a total scam. They use their terms and conditions to trap customers into paying high shipping fees for tiny parts they would never order alone. Avoid them at all costs!

I purchased OEM parts from PartSouq in two separate orders. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the parts were not required for my vehicle.

The parts were never installed, used, tested, or even removed from their original factory packaging. Everything remains completely sealed and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

I contacted PartSouq after their standard return period had expired and asked whether they could make a one-time exception. I was willing to pay the return shipping and a reasonable restocking fee. They declined and simply referred me to their website policy.

I understand that this may technically comply with their stated return policy, but as a customer I found the lack of flexibility disappointing, particularly for completely unopened OEM parts that could presumably be resold.

My advice to other buyers: be absolutely certain about compatibility before ordering, because you should not expect any flexibility if you miss the return deadline, even when the parts remain factory sealed.

Fast delivery, usually arrives at my door in Australia before locally ordered parts would and has never been longer than 4 days.

Absolute waste of time. Ordered a custom steering wheel on Alibaba and was told the lead time would be as long as 22 days. 23 days later I had not received any update, so kindly messaged and requested an update. No reply. Which is weird because when I was placing the order I received replies within the minute. Days later, I sent a follow-up message, again kindly requesting an update. Nothing. This continued for 5 weeks. Liu Hann then gave me his boss’ contact info, and the boss told me he would “check on my order progress this afternoon” and again, no reply. Days later, I asked yet again for an update, no reply. They just sent me a refund request. With the reason being “out of stock” - It’s a custom built wheel! So not only have I wasted 5 weeks, but also lost money in processing fees and the exchange fees for the refund. No explanation given. Just lies - and i can’t even leave them a review on Alibaba because the order hasn’t been completed. Insane.

I ordered items worth $170, but after paying $78 for shipping and another $39 in customs fees, the total ended up being higher than if I had bought the same items from a local retailer...Of course, none of this was mentioned anywhere. I won't be ordering from you again.

II live in Spain. I couldn't find the washers I needed for my American car here. I found them on this website. I paid about 26 euros for 5 washers. It was clearly stated that the price included shipping. Upon delivery, DHL asked me an additional 28.89 euros in cash for customs duty. I refused to accept the package and asked the courier to send it back.
I still haven't received my refund from PartSouq.

Right parts at right price

I needed some parts for my Nissan and after getting a recommendation I accessed their website. Then followed the prompts to arrive at my parts page and selected and then paid. All very straightforward. The order was placed on the 12th June with FedEx notifying me that they had my parcel the next day. They said delivery would be made to Norwich Norfolk by the 22nd. I then tracked my parcel later on the 13th to discover it had just left Dubai. On the 15th it was then at Roissy Airport, Paris. To my total surprise it was delivered to me on the 16th at 11:15. Just 4 days all the way from Dubai to Norfolk is unreal.
UPDATE. 20/07/26.
Went today and entered my vin as before and nothing found, Logged in and entered vin again and still nothing found. Was 5 stars now only 1, what a useless company.
