I will never order anything from parfumdreams again. I ordered Sensai Ultimate Mask, worth € 261,30 at the beginning of June and paid for it by creditcard. It never arriverd. They say it was delivered but it was not. I have been emailing them for over a month and they will not send a new pot or refund me.

Is it a scam?
Is it a scam? Item in transit, then item out for delivery, then with no explanation, item being returned to sender. Then the company suggested I just re-order - well, the price has gone up? Can you send me the same again? Oh no, we can't do that. Now confidence whatsoever to order again. Complete waste of time.

I'm going to change my review. I had given it a 2, now it's a 1 star. I received an email from trustpilot indicating that Perfumes Club was trying to remove my review, saying it wasn't genuine. I've already sent proof to show that my complaint is indeed founded, and I have the emails, the order number, and the photos I took.
Definitely a place not to be trusted.

I made the order on the 19th of May and…
I made the order on the 19th of May and at check out it said I will get my order on the 21 or 22nd of May on 22nd I worte to them I made this order to recive before my vaction if I am not receving by 24th please cancel my order next day they send me email it is ship and I shall recive them in nex 2 days today is 23th I check with post office there is no delevery for next few days so I will return the merchendize when I return form vcation in about 2 weeks
