I like the system, but.
I like the system, but I do not like the fact that the hair falls out too quickly and after a month or so I have to wear a hat. I also wish that the curl on the system I order could be a little tighter. I can't afford to go more than 3 systems a year and I have already used 2 and we are in July. Wish the product would last a little longer for what I can afford.

Seriously low quality
From second order onwards , they will send low quality , extremely high shedding, low density , substandard systems in order to make the customer frequently place orders . Initially the first order will be to impress you and then next order onwards the quality of the systems will drastically degrade.In one wash the whole system will become unusable. Never expected this from lordhair

Low quality, never consistent
The hair system wasn’t the same as the previous one I ordered. It was thinner with less volume. I’d say their systems are never consistent.

I’ve already complained a half dozen times about my last system with no resolution.It was awful compared to the last two .Since obviously y’all don’t stand behind your stuff I’m trying to make it something I can use while I look for a new company .Ive been a top stylist colourist for over forty years and don’t appreciate this treatment .

After receiving your email on June 23, our team responded right away with some initial troubleshooting steps, including recommending a wash to help restore the curl pattern, as curls can sometimes become compressed during transit. We also requested comparison photos so our technical specialists could accurately assess the issue.
When we didn't hear back, we followed up on June 30 and offered to arrange a return for a full technical inspection if the hairpiece still wasn't meeting your expectations. We haven't yet received a response, but we'd genuinely like the opportunity to resolve this for you.

Great Support Team
I started wearing hair systems a couple years ago and had no idea what I was doing. Faye and the Lord hair team helped me on each order. I made so many mistakes at first with hair color, density, shape but the team worked with me to get it correct. Once I sent the team a template and hair sample the custom systems turned out perfect. I've been waring hats for so long that folks forget what my hair was like so they had no clue I was wearing a hair system. I'm in my late 50' so thickness, density and grey percentage as well as the proper front contour hairline is what makes a natural looking hair system. I've tried a few different style systems and the NEO is the best for folks who sweat allot. I use tape and small amount of glue on the front lace. This NEO setup with lace allows your head to breath and with the proper tape the systems drains well from the shower, swimming, or sweating. I was so nervous going out to find someone to give me a haircut to blend in the new system with my hair. It was Embarrassing for me but most of the hair dressers were fine once I explained to them that it wouldn't come off and just treat it like real hair. Some of hairdressers were very impressed and said the system looks and feels so real. I decided that the NEO system with the custom haircut option worked out better for me then trying to find hairdresser. I still love wearing hats so I only wear my custom hair systems for work meetings and special occasions. Thanks again team for working with me the last 2 years, I feel like I'm a hair system pro now😁
