Too long shipping time
I ordered a mixer the 27th of February, aware I could have waited up to 21 days before delivery.
After few days, they write the product will come by April/start of May.
The 14th of May they tell me the product is delivered to them.
The 26th of May they tell me they will re-stock the 30th of July.
Always very kind in answering emails and dealing with customer, but either supply chain or the supplier need to improve.

We are happy that you think positively about our level of service concerning the communication, but at the same time we're very sorry things haven't
worked out as it normally does with delivery and expected delivery dates.
We have done our best to communicate time frame up front, but there's been issues with keeping up with production, so the dates of delivery we've been
depending on from our supplier have not been kept as promised.
We are doing everything we can to make sure this will not happen again (and luckily we're in a position where it very rarely does),
but a lot of businesses around the globe are facing issues with production and delivery time at the moment.
We will continue to do our very best to keep our customers updated regarding orders at all times, and with that also be realistic on delivery time so no one misses a deadline.
