Buying on line with confidence
When buying on line something like a chair which you haven't seen for real or sat in, it can be abit of a risk . I liked the web site setup and the detail and choice of materials you could chose from because it gave me confidence. I was told it would be a couple of months but it was on time. I was kept up to date and when it arrive there was no damage and it was exactly as it looked on the web site.
The quality was great! I will be buying another one.

Excellent Service received. I thought from buying the sofa from Juan to the delivery was very easy and everyone was helpful. The delivery men were really nice and respectful of the property when delivering the sofa.

Beware of extra unnecessary costs added to your order
Answer to answer: We already payed 50 euros for joint delivery, which for a 1100 euro order...... So the extra 50 euros for asembly that we did not ask for was also for delivery? In total were 100 euros extra, but who is counting at this point
Decent quality of products (just delivered, time will tell), but they added extra costs even if we said we didn't need installation; they added 50 euros, and when asked, they were not able to properly explain,' could be a language barrier, but NO, is NO both in Spanish and English. I would recommend you look in the store and order online, harder to add extra costs that way.

Los productos son de buena calidad (recién entregados, el tiempo lo dirá), pero nos cobraron extras aunque dijimos que no necesitábamos instalación; nos cobraron 50 euros y, al preguntarles, no supieron explicarnos bien. Puede que haya una barrera idiomática, pero NO es NO, tanto en español como en inglés. Recomiendo que busques en la tienda y compres online, así es más difícil que te cobren extras.

The whole process from then on was very efficient, with daily updates via email on the status of our order. The delivery was via email & messenger & arrived on the day & time stated.

Good company to buy from
Ordered my sofas and was kept updated throughout. They arrived almost 2 weeks before anticipated. They were well packed and the delivery guys set them up and took away my old one. Lovely comfy sofas at a great price

Very helpful sales assistant
Very helpful sales assistant, even though the store was busy we were looked after extremely well. Constant updates as when the delivery was due, and actually arrived on time. The delivery men where polite and efficient. Overall I would recommend this store.

Worst after sale departement EVER!
5 times promises that the missing cable for our relaxsofa would be delivered in 2-3 days (2x in Finestrat store, 2x via WhatsApp, 1x by email).
In the end it took 14 days to send a missing ‘standard’cable from Villena to Albir by courier 🤦♂️
