John Bullock was very helpful. When I popped in on the Thursday to inquire about a Vitara . Phoned the following day to speak to John and paid deposit for car . John was able to get the car I required . another Suzuki garage was unable to do so . Took under a week to have car transported to Ludlow and ready for collection. John phoned me often to keep me informed what was happening.John showed me around the car before I left to drive the 70 miles home . Thank you also to Beckie for getting me the perfect number plate , also Ashley for the lovely mug of tea for myself and Jenny . John phoned today to check that I am happy with the car , which I am loving my Vitara .

Very efficient and customer-friendly service from Ella when buying a used car recently. Also very prompt attention by workshop staff to a very minor after-sales issue. We are now pleased to be part of the 'Suzuki family', thanks to the help received from Ludlow Motors.

Parts guy seemed half asleep and didnt care,plus needed a small plastic grommet for a Nissan juke to hold a panel and was quoted 600pounds!!!!.this dealership sucks

I have never driven an automatic and despite his reassurances that it "was ever so easy" I did not want to write it off on the Corve Bridge!
I really appreciate the lengths they went to to accommodate me .....but then Ludlow Motors have always been like that.

I bought a Vauxhall Zafira (2013 year) in March 2025. It is in excellent condition and the service I received was brilliant. I couldn't expect more. All the paper work was done for me and everything was made easy. Being used to 'old bangers' in the past, this car is easy to drive and runs very smoothly. Excellent service overall. Great Service from start to finish. I recently bought a lovely second hand car from Ludlow Motors and the experience was really great from start to finish - professional, friendly and easy to deal with, and you don't just feel like any old customer there is still the personal touch. A special shout out to John B who we dealt with as he was really helpful and makes a great coffee too!

The team at Ludlow motors Suzuki were just phenomenal - I’m not wealthy but I urgently needed a practical and RELIABLE vehicle essentially for work. My budget was negligible, yet somehow John, Ash and the team made it possible for me to not only buy a decent car but really they helped me to buy my dream car, I’ve never been able to afford such a good car and I’m very very grateful to them.

My wife bought a Suzuki Vitara from Ludlow Motors 3 months ago. Since then it has been back to them 3 times to solve a non-functioning infotainment unit. The first 2 visits they didn’t do what they said they would (ie solve the problem, not a big ask surely for £17k), and on the 3rd visit (last week) they assured us that it was sorted. Yes, you guessed it, it wasn’t!!! So, my wife called them and had the pleasure of speaking to a rather pompous receptionist, Helen. This lady attempted to suggest that my wife was wrong in a rather condescending manner by saying ‘oh you mean the car that we thoroughly checked before giving it back to you?’ Well, Helen, with respect, Ludlow Motors has already proven its lack of credentials in the ‘thoroughly checking’ anything stakes…….3 visits to change a unit should have you hanging your head in shame! Given the total ineptitude shown todate, and the total lack of customer service skills and care, it looks like this is heading for a legal resolution. Don’t touch this company unless you are happy with the lowest levels of after sales attention!!
