I have never experienced a place where they DISLIKE there costumers more than this place before.
First thing is this place has 0 loyalty program for there regular players, only way you’ll receive 9-10% cash back bonus is IF YOU ONLY LOSE no promos or bonuses any other way.
Also if your up one week and down the next week they still don’t give you no cashback because you had WON two weeks ago.
Cash outs work great as long as you don’t profit if somehow you profit it takes forever to get your money.
The site is pretty cool looking and have a lot of games but no live chat takes forever to get a response if you have a question.
If they improve their costumer service and starting to care a little for their regular costumers I’ll be back.

Bonus issues.
I received and email on 11/21/2024 from LTC Casino telling me they added a bonus to my account. And I had 2 days to claim it before it would expire and they would remove it. I didn’t see the email until 11/22/2024. When I signed on to my account there was no bonus available for me to accept. I then went under previous bonuses and I seen where a Black Friday Bonus of 1 LTC was canceled by them. Even on the details it states that I had till the 11/24/2024 to claim it. So I reached out to support asking them that I was told I had a bonus but I can’t locate it. That’s when they told me that there was an issue with the bonus and they canceled it. That at some point they will send out another. They were very short and when I asked what was the issue with the bonus he then ended the chat rudely. I truly think they are trying to short me out a bonus because I stopped playing there as much because their support team is very rude. I feel as if they only wanted certain players to have this bonus. And I was not one of them. And that If they found an issue with this bonus. That they would have sent another email stating to disregard the previous email of a bonus. Explaining that there was an issue with the bonus and we will be releasing another soon. It’s also not their first rodeo with given players a bonus. And that a company always checks and double checks the bonus well before even writing up an email promoting this bonus. And any time someone just rudely ends a chat it automatically makes me think they are in the wrong and trying to avoid the situation.

No issues, several withdrawals completed
Ive withdrawn many times without kyc. They stay true to their word. Withdrawals are usually accepted in 1-2 hours.
However, support is offline most of the time. Despite them saying it's available "24/7" (it's not).
They will not close your account at all. This is an unlicensed casino that can operate however they want.
But overall, I haven't had any issues.

I have played in this casino many times with different accounts, and I can say that it is a full-blown scam. The casino is owned by dama n.v. under the control of a well-known Russian scammer who moved to Portugal.
the operating pattern of this casino is very simple and clear, the slots are not random, if you win immediately a sort of flag is triggered which causes you to start losing everywhere, in every game, without interruption, until you lose everything and redeposit to start the cheating game all over again.
while it's true that if you withdraw they pay out the winnings, it's also true that it's very difficult to win a decent amount to be able to withdraw (let's even say impossible).
I would also like to say that contrary to what someone says (fritzo) the casino does not provide any method of self-exclusion and for players suffering from gambling addiction (who cannot control themselves) is absolutely harmful, this behavior is desired as they are full-blown criminals.
