I like that it doesn’t feel heavy. Some cacao drinks feel too thick or intense but this one is pretty balanced. Easy to drink regularly.

The powder itself feels really fine and clean. Doesn’t look or feel cheap at all. You can kinda tell it’s good quality just by that.

The texture surprised me the most. It mixes really smoothly without any graininess. I usually notice that with cacao drinks but not here. Feels a bit more refined .

The aroma when you mix it is actually really nice. Kind of warm and chocolatey without being overpowering. I’ve been using it instead of dessert some nights.

They claim shipping in 1-2 days. The first order took a month before I received. Contacted customer support numerous times and they said oh were doing our best to ship it to you no explanation. Now the second order is at 2 weeks and still hasn't shipped.
