I've used Jensen USA for many of my purchases. They are great company. Their webstore is awesome! If you get a chance to visit their brick& morter stores they have knowledgeable employees that are actually cyclists that know their stuff.

As long as I’m patient I can always find a good deal on what I want.

OnTrac is HORRID. This is the first time one of my orders from Jenson has been shipped through them. They threw my nearly 1000 dollar order over a fence after I called multiple times earlier in the week trying get them to hold it for a day that the delivery location was actually open. I ended up having to drive an hour after discovering the service rep at OnTrac I spoke to just told me what I wanted to hear instead of actually following through with my request.

It was, frankly, the worst experience I've ever had. I had to drive an hour out of my way due to a lack of service that is as simple as a click on an option for traditional providers. Stop cheaping out for the lowest bidder for shipping as the cost of service quality for your customers.

Couldn't price match even with proof. Rude individual by the name of Oz. Shop around, save the time.

My order was held and I was not notified. I emailed Jensen and they released the hold. Orders are. Or sent out on time as promised on the website, I’m on day 4 for another order and no update on shipping progress. Pricing is good so I can tolerate late shipping

Disorganization over there. Rep Joey didn't/ couldn't find my return transaction and told me he couldn't help without it. Fortunately I took a photo of my return in the box then "oh I see it now." The rep before sent me the wrong grips so return label should be free and i may add my tire in there without an extra return label. Makes sense and good customer service especially for a guy who's used jenson since the catalog days... but Joey sees no record of this and the charge is valid. What software are you using or is everyone just hitting the vape pen all day down in so-cal? I'll be shopping elsewhere

This last order included a part that was supposed to fit but didnt. The return process seems to cumbersome so that's the first downfall I've experienced.

Jonah was extremely helpful setting me up with the right sized Kona MTB, and a full set of gear today. I'd highly recommend talking to the Gear Advisors if you're looking to get set up with everything you need to hit the trails. I really appreciate his quick communication, patience with me, and ability to explain the differences between different products while setting me up with some of his favorite apparel items. I'm looking forward to receiving my bike and hitting the trails! 10/10

Ordering the part was easy. I was very pleased that the parts I ordered were on sale. However, delivery took too long in my opinion and the outfit that you use for shipping has extremely poor Customer Service. I contacted them twice and they were less than helpful.

Gloves they sold me were marked wrong and were way too small. I returned them in original packaging without wearing them. They charged me a restocking fee when the gloves could be sold again as new. I won't be shopping there anymore.
