The shopping experience was excellent with a great array of furniture. We bought a stylish reclining chair that we are very happy with.
We did have some snags with the chair that we bought, however they were effectively dealt with post sale.
The after sales service is great and gives great confidence as a customer, so many places get a sale and then wash their hands of you.

Reclining in the Garden of Eden
I love my chair especially in the evening when I really put my feet up.
The arms are a bit creaky and as I am only 5ft 1 in tall I have to wriggle to get back into it.
All who have seen it really love the pattern as of course so do I.

Returning from living in Greece I found this company that stocked Nardi garden furniture in the UK . Love this furniture and so happy that I was able to easily navigate their website , order the chair that I was familiar with having had the same in Greece .
Great customer service . Great delivery , chair very well packed . Slight problem with chair cushion but not the fault of Julia Jones . Julia Jones company sorting the problem with Nardi and replacement cushion on the way . All good .

We made a random visit to the Company's…
We made a random visit to the Company's showroom in Mochdre and were fortunate to meet both owners who were very attentive and informative about their products without being pushy.
We then made a further appointment after deciding to proceed with a purchase of a recliner swivel chair.
As their products are made and imported from Spain to order we understood the time frame and put down a deposit.
Several months later we received our new chair which we now fight over as to who is sitting in it.

Great service and product. We wanted to make sure delivery would be on time, the owners asked when we wanted it, and delivered even earlier. Assembly was also smooth. The quality of the sofa bed is great and potentially even washable, at least you can remove the covers. Great communications, service and product.
