Beware

Beware! My money was not returned when I requested. Don’t trust them, if Celestial~~Drifts had not helped me withdraw, I would lose to them.

Excellent Product range and support

ITA have an excellent range of products, with the S&P 500 an excellent regular savings plan, extremely popular with clients. We use the Access portfolio for single premium investments, which offers clients an open architecture platform at very good value.
The ITA support staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Satisfactory experience

I have several Investors Trust products, for savings and investments and I can say that overall my experience has been very satisfactory. My Advisor is very diligent and I have real time access to see my positions.

I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a good platform to protect your money.

Very fishy company - Beware

Very fishy company. They requested all kinds of paperwork for processing my investment application and that should have been a red flag for me. Then my credit card was charged by a different merchant whose name starts with same letters ITA. It took their company 1.5 weeks to explain how that happened. Eventually I cancelled and wont deal with them anymore

Proceed with Caution: Concerning Findings

I have done some research on this company, and I have found many concerning things. It seems that there are very high fees. People have mentioned an admin charge, an annual policy fee, and other extra fees.

A major issue seems to be the large penalty for taking money out of the plan early. From what I've read, this penalty can be a very large part of the money that was put in.

Because of the high fees, it looks like the investments do not grow much. Some people have said that their money would have done better in a regular bank account.

It also appears that the brokers who sell these products may not be giving the full picture. Many people feel they were misled. Based on my research, I would advise everyone to be very careful before dealing with this company.

Investors Trust Deception

Investors Trust sells the most basic products, but puts fancy names and hides huge fees. I used to work for them. Investors Trust is not an investment company. We make our money from only commissions. We have an ITA University that teaches nothing but to lie about our products. We work with brokers such as Seguro, Capstone and Zurich as customers will blame them, not us.

Investors Trust Fraud

Investors Trust is an absolute fraud. They use "brokers" like Seguro in Dubai to push products and force you to sign. They have hidden fees, shady contracts etc. These are normal products you can do yourself, they just have a fancy way of naming their products to entice clients. They guise regular investments as insurance policy just to lock you in contracts

Avoid Investors Trust at all costs.

Avoid Investors Trust at all costs.
This company hides behind third-party brokers (like Capstone) who aggressively push their products using false promises: guaranteed returns, fake withdrawal flexibility, fake blocking periods, and misleading fee structures.

I personally invested over $10,000 under the illusion that, after two years, my money would be free to grow and be withdrawn. That was a lie. After 24 months, more than 90% of my money is gone – eaten up by hidden fees, fake riders, and incomprehensible policy terms.

When I contacted Investors Trust to explain how their broker misrepresented the product, they took zero responsibility. They washed their hands by saying “we are not responsible for what third-party brokers say.” How convenient. They profit from lies, and then pretend to be clean.

I have screenshots, emails, and even voice messages from the broker proving how the product was mis-sold. And I’m not alone I have spoken with multiple people here in Dubai who were tricked in exactly the same way.

This is not just bad service. This is a systemic scam that preys on people with limited financial knowledge. ITA enables this by providing no oversight, no training, and no accountability for the brokers who sell their toxic products.

If you’ve been scammed too, reach out to me. I am considering legal action or a class-action lawsuit. This needs to stop.

Investors Trust is not safe

Investors Trust is not a safe, long-term way to invest. The company is less about investing and more about financial engineering designed to lock in your money and bleed it through fees.

Read carefully their terms

I was suggested to take their services a savings method, which is not the best recomendation. Their contract has an absolutly over the line cancellation policy. I saved $1.000 USD monthly for 1 year and when I decided not to continue with the savings plan they cancelled and out of the $12.000 USD I got back only $77 USD! I trusted 100% on the advisor who recommended this and didn't go trougth the conditions before signing. You don't do the same, read, ask and use money you are ok to lose, cause if you sign for 10 or 20 years and something happens you won't get your money back.
