Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Spoke with Kuljit Bhamra who I believe is quite senior there, terrible service from start to finish. I am a landlord with a modest portfolio (maybe they threat you better if you've got more to offer them), I had a numebr of factual errors and mistakes regarding quite basic insurance law/process. I also had repeated missed calls where I would be promised that someone would call me and therefore wasted time. Then when I called to complain and maybe offer some feedback for their new business process I was treated to a torrent of awful language!
