Kolby was very pleasant to communicate…

Kolby was very pleasant to communicate with. Briefness & efficiency are important to me, being a busy person. He delivered well on both fronts without compromising on information transference or being personable. I feel confident in working with Inc Authority off his call alone!

Josie Oldham was absolutely amazing

Josie Oldham was absolutely amazing! She was patient and understanding of my concerns and was readily prepared to fully assist me with all of my questions and concerns. She provided clear answers and understanding of the process. Absolutely recommend this company if wanting to start a business/non profit.

Kolby made this experience easy and informative. He had a great attitude and was patient with me as a new business owner who was nervous to get everything right. I really appreciated the time he took to walk me through the steps of registering my LLC and give me advice for what to do next.

McKenzie is a breath of fresh air

McKenzie is a breath of fresh air, she answered the phone happy and was very helpful when I couldn't find my papers that I needed. She had them emailed before I hung up it, she even sent me one extra item that I did need that I didn't know I needed she was so pleasant to work with I wish more people were like her when you call up she's a ray of sunshine.
