The material is in most cases no clear, not good ocmplement orjust paying for reading an ebook is not woth it!
The material is in most cases just an E-Book that we need to read and then answer questions or present an exam which definitely is not worth the price it is paid for. There are not clases or per module/Couse in a month they can be none at all meaning you only read the e-book and watch some short videos and that's all which is definitely possible to do for free in YouTube.
Also, a clear understanding of how to log-in in each course, where to check yourself in, and so on, is not there! Finally the UI of the platform is not user friendly in a way that could self-explain itself.

On top of that you get individual study and career coaching, our AI learning assistant, access to LinkedIn Learning and our online library, and the MS Office suite, that's what you're paying for beyond free content online. Your point on onboarding and navigation is fair and we're taking it to our product team. Improving the platform is something we work on continuously, and feedback like yours is what we base it on.
