The client service that they provide is outstanding. From the first contact with the company it has been a very positive experience. Theo, the sales man was very thorough and helpful when explaining the scheme and answered all of our questions clearly. He went beyond his duty by helping us swap energy providers to achieve the best return from of our solar panels.

The installation was quick and minimum disruption. We had a daily phone call from the headquarters to check if installation was going as expected and we were happy with the installers that they sent. The installers were polite and very respectful, and all was up and running in 3 days. They help us to install the app and connect to our system before they left.

It has been only a few days since it has been fully functioning but we can monitor and see it working.

Very disappointed. Stated they were unable to build an installation for my property without asking me any questions. I have had several quotes for installations from other companies who all use the same shading mapping system and all bothered to ask whether the tree visible in that mapping system was still there as it will cause a lot of problems - it isn’t. Some decent customer service in a simple phone call with establish this or even the arranged remote consultation which was cancelled and allegedly an email was sent but was never received which is incredibly unusual these days. Avoid.

Lovely family company, feel very looked after! Even after the installation has been set up and sorted, I still feel like they’ve got our back if we ever need them.

From the initial consultation through to the installation and finance arrangements, the whole experience was excellent. The team were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way.

The installation of the solar panels, battery, and inverter was completed to a high standard, and the installers were punctual, tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. The finance process was also straightforward, with everything explained clearly and no hidden surprises.

I'm really pleased with the quality of the system and the installation, and everything has been working exactly as expected. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering solar

What can I say, from a cold knock on the door from lovely Ethan who was the whole reason we even agreed to sit a meeting to discuss solar panels, to meeting Charles who was so lovely and professional we decided solar was right for us. From signing up the process has been smooth and seamless. Every person we have spoken to has been nothing but professional and beyond helpful. From signing up out panels were installed and working within a couple of weeks and we’re loving the benefits already! The installation teams, scaffolding, roofer and electricians were amazing on the two days there were here, respectful of our property and worked so hard even during the heatwave. We are so happy with the end result to the point our neighbours have registered interest already. I cannot recommend HPO Homes and the Teams enough and if you are cynical or dubious then don’t be - you will not regret using them whilst doing your bit for the environment and your pocket!!

From the initial knock on the door, to the consultation, to the constant barrage of questions from me and my wife, to the installation and the after care, all of the team at HPO made sure the service we received was excellent and tailored to suit us.

The whole team at HPO went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were answered, and all problems solved prior to any commitments to go ahead.

The system itself is very impressive, and I am looking forward to the benefits of it for years to come, knowing full well I can rely on the HPO team should anything need sorting.

My experience with HPO homes was phenomenal.
From my first adviser call with Theo right through to completion of my solar panels and battery being installed.
My advisor gave me full information, with his support I got exactly what I asked for- I wanted a set up for my use with enough battery storage to offset the dark hours. My usage is currently quite high with there being 3 adults in a fully electric house but they aren't the future fit requirements I will need when my sons leave home - with his help and advice i have enough solar panels to charge my 11.2kw battery and cover daily use - before my sons leave i will have a shortfall but once they leave home it will be more than enough for my needs. I had had other quotes and they were all trying for the biggest sale - my HPO adviser was the one that pointed out that I didn't have enough roof space for enough solar panels to even be able to charge some of the bigger batteries I'd been quoted for. From a total of 8 quotes this was the first advisor that actually listened to what i wanted and what i needed. Keco followed up this experience with a professional, high quality installation and it was all finished of with all the necessary paperwork and certificates within a week to get my solar sorted with my energy supplier.
My advisor was second to none, he gave me the full information I needed to make an informed decision.

Second time these guys have knocked on my door with regards to selling a lease system for solar panels, which if you have electricity bills of +£80 per month, it could begin to make financial sense. I’d note that they take a lot of details up front such as name, address, dob, tel, and they want photos of your energy statement. There are workarounds for this as ultimately that gives them 75% of your ID. I didn’t let them take full image pics of statements… financials fine, but not the whole image to prevent fraud. Gave an alias name and a false dob. They need name to know who they’re talking to and the dob is required because they need to ensure any lease/loan of solar panels are paid off by your 80th birthday. They also want an email address to send appointment details too. They called me within 5 mins and I talked through and decided it wasn’t for me. They weren’t pushy, but there seems to be a lot of info gathered up front - i’d just suggest treading with caution to protect your identity. With that said, they have a website, there were 3 guys knocking on doors so looks legit as an operation and the caller was polite and informative. I asked them to remove all record of me based upon not going forward as is my legal right, which they confirmed they would. Hope this info helps someone

Ignored all the "no cold caller" notices on my 86 year old Fathers front door. Entered and attempted to help him with his finances to see if he was eligible for loft installation. Claimed that they were working with the council (which the council later confirmed is not true).
