Outstanding hospitality and service from Milin at the Howdens West Drayton branch. We are absolutely delighted with our fitted wardrobes. Milin provided excellent advice, suggested great ideas, and was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. I have recently had my kitchen done and I'm in love. I am a perfectionist and knew exactly what I wanted and both Farid who helped me design it and Joe Sharpe my carpenter helped bring it to life.
I really couldn't recommend them enough Thank you for your attention to detail and for being patient.

We were recommended Howdens to supply our kitchen, after going to the showroom we understood why. Their units were top quality and a great selection to choose from.
Jamie Newson, came and sorted out a kitchen plan for us, as the one that was here didn't function at all for us.
We were thoroughly satisfied with what he had designed as it gave us lots more cupboards and made full use of the space that was there.
Howdens did supply us with names of kitchen fitters and we choose, BR Home Improvements, Brian Roslin.
From start to finish, Brian was hard working nothing too much trouble, if something didn't fit right he would persevere until it did. To which end, we have a kitchen that makes us feel proud. He is a professional all rounder, from plasterer, plumber, flooring and carpentry craftsman.

The original order was by telephone,communication and product knowledge was 5* service.Delivery service was also great and on time as quoted.

We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen cabinets and drawers! The overall quality and finish are top-tier, but what truly set this experience apart was working with our kitchen designer, John Lau. From his first visit, he took the time to understand exactly how we use our space, offering brilliant layout solutions and incredibly thoughtful recommendations - from optimising storage in our small kitchen to selecting the perfect trim and finishes. His attention to detail, patience with our adjustments, and clear communication throughout the whole process made the entire transformation seamless and stress-free. He also provided very detailed instructions for their installation.
The cabinets and drawers look stunning, function beautifully, and have completely transformed the heart of our home. If you are looking for exceptional quality paired with expert design guidance, I cannot recommend Howdens, but specially John Lau highly enough. Five stars!

Having been recommended to use Howdens by our kitchen fitter, we have never once regretted our decision.
From our first meeting with our kitchen designer, Molly, we were struck by her calm and professional approach.
Importantly for me, I never felt subjected to a 'hard sell'. Molly listened to what we wanted and delivered a design that met our needs exactly, rather than a design that had shoehorned in lots of (pricey) additions. That gave us a great deal of trust in Molly and her professional judgement. She suggested one particular change to our existing kitchen layout which has really improved the way we use the space; high praise, as we had had the previous kitchen for 18 years!
Molly's communication is superb. She responded speedily to phone calls and emails, and was excellent at rectifying queries or product questions.
Her patient (oh so patient!) manner is especially noteworthy. Any little snag with stock delivery or availability was handled without fuss, reinforcing our sense that she wanted to see this job executed properly.
Molly is a stickler for accuracy: I think she took all of her measurements about four times! This precision was so useful when the kitchen was actually being fitted.
As much as Molly's customer service is excellent, it's really important to mention the Brentwood branch manager, Steve.
His superb attitude, organisation and exemplary customer service once again confirmed that we were right to choose the Brentwood branch of Howdens.

Oh, and the quality of the doors, joinery and fixtures in our kitchen is fantastic.

As always a warm and happy welcome in the Brecon branch, nice to see the old faces still there after having not been there for a while.

Went to Exeter Marsh Barton but item not in stock !! Only one there but it had been returned as item was scratched, but said there was 8 at Sowton , went there to pick item up , went inside and there were ? Maybe 6 staff there !! I waited ,,, and waited ,,, and waited to be served but they were standing around chatting !! Maybe i was invisible!!
