4 OEM batteries that came with 2 drones, had limited hours of usage, were always charged with the OEM chargers supplied, but all 4 batteries are now too swollen to insert/remove and of course should not be used anyway. I reached out to HolyStone "Support" and my inquiry was not even acknowledged.

Sent the wrong propellers, but handled it amazingly. Immediate apology, full refund, and told me not to worry about shipping the wrong items back. Great customer support!

I am disappointed in the fact that I lost mine the same day I got it. It's my fault, but I thought it had systems in place to where that wouldn't happen. I told the company but never heard back. I was hoping there was a way to track it. If there is I can't find it. My problem, not theirs but it totally sux.

U sent me the wrong charger I order what your website told me was a match waited 2weeks for the wrong charger and now I still cannot fly drone so now I have to send back to u and wait another 2 weeks to get charger

The item I ordered arrive sooner than expected

Drone does not calibrate well and always drifts no matter how much you try to fix it
even with no wind. It is crap. Eventually the terrible calibrations caused it to fly into a wall and the drone arm broke and I had to buy a whole new arm assembly.

I bought that and they didn't send instructions or include any pre-buying warning that replacing it would require soldering (yes you heard me right... soldering the wires onto the internals of the unit).

Terrible Chinese crap that I would never recommend to anyone ever. Honestly I wish I could return the whole thing.

I have my HS200 since 2016. It works great in perfect conditions. I needed a new transmiter; I was very happy Hoy Stone still have it. Now is in my hands just in 10 days. TKS

It took awhile to get my batters as always holy stone delivers. Even though most of the drones I have purchased have been low quality holy stone has always been there to help anyway the can. If they have a really good drone I wish they would send it to me to try and change the way I think of them I won't buy a new one I'm afraid of it flying away and loosing it. A good drone won't do that. Thank you again holy stone for always having the best service and always for reaching out your are the best in that area I think. Ha a good day my friend.

The part I ordered was perfect condition and in good packaging. The only gripe I have is that it took for freaking forever to get it. It would also be great if it were just plug and play. Having to solder the wires to the boards isn’t easy. I’m a sheet metal worker not an electrician. I wasn’t able to solder directly to the boards due to the silicone covering the place to be soldered. I stripped the tiny wires back and connected them, then I put heat shrink on and stuffed them back in the body. All in all the shipping sucks but I’m back flying now. Thanks

I bought this drone, and after using it for the second time, the front left motor failed. I ordered a replacement motor and installed it. However, after the installation, during the test flight, the rear right motor failed after only one minute of flying.
Now I would have to order another replacement motor, but I won't. I'd rather throw this drone away and buy a better brand instead.
I hope Holy Stone improves the quality of its products in the future. After all, drones are generally expected to fly for more than one minute without staging a mechanical protest.

I received prompt service for my order and timely delivery. I didn't encounter any problems.

Returned emails and provided help in obtaining new battery and offering advice in the storage of the battery. Order new battery and was shipped quickly and came ahead of schedule

The constant tracking and updates from purchase to delivery was great.
