Sold a CAT S corsa without declaring and refuse to take the car back. Will be seeking legal action. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Sold us a death trap and now wont refund even though its law.
"The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to ask for a full refund in the first 30 days after buying any product that proves to be faulty, including a new or used car. The law also provides protection for servicing and repair work that renders your car faulty"
We bought a Vauxhall Corsa from this garage and the state of it is disgusting, no way it passed its MOT so we're having that investigated too while taking this garage to small claims court, one hour after delivery the cars gearbox packed up on a 60mph dual carriageway and they don't care or want to refund.
- Bodywork looks like a trains hit it!
- Wings and bumpers hanging off
- Bonnet sticking up, front wiper arms bent
- Front fog light missing and all bumper cracked
- Wiper arms don't even have blades on them
- Heater only works on number 4 setting
- Drivers seat moves when you brake
- Parts of window trim hanging off
- Bonnet catch missing
- Gaps between all bodywork are not equal
- No spare tyre or jack
- No matts except a back one
- Rattling noise on acceleration
- Car wont go into any gear
- Brake light out as well as number plate lights
As soon as we told them we're taking legal action they've changed name hahaha, 4th time this garage has changed name to dodge the courts but wont work on us sadly!
