First time customer and I’ll definitely use them again

Easy order, Quick delivery,
Despite being late in the season I have planted a few to see how well they do and if indeed thay are drought resistant and self pollinating.
I would have given 5* if the claims are true.

Great price fast delivery

I might be the unlucky one who ordered a few packs of vegetables seeds which are either expired or poor germination rate. I'd never order from here again. A waste of time and compost.

I’m writing this because I initially had a positive experience with Growseed’s customer support, but that has quickly soured due to a lack of professional follow-through.
I placed an order and, upon arrival, two of the seed packets were incorrect. I contacted customer service immediately, and they were initially very helpful; they told me I could keep the incorrect seeds and that the right ones would be sent out right away.
Unfortunately, that is where the service stopped. After 10 days of waiting for the replacements with no sign of them, I reached out again. I was told they would "look into it," but it has now been over two weeks since that conversation. I have sent follow-up emails regarding the status of my order, but I have received no replies and still have no replacement seeds.
While it’s great that they are willing to rectify mistakes, it’s frustrating when the resolution process simply goes silent.
I’d love to see them resolve this, but at the moment, I’m left with the wrong items and no further communication

Very good price for number of seeds supplied. Other suppliers were offering far fewer seeds for the same price. Sent quickly.

Selection of seeds (actually pea seeds!), good descriptions, speedy delivery, outstanding value, very good quality seeds, packaging brilliant (paper), and resealable paper envelopes!

quick delivery, good product

I recently ordered some small bush tomato seeds with the plan to grow them in containers on my patio. They’ve started to grow, and they’re absolutely massive! However, it looks like I got the wrong seeds in the packet. I’ve wasted weeks on these, and now they’ll just go to the compost heap! This is definitely the last time I’ll order from this company.

It was easy to order, and good quality well priced items delivered promptly.
