I ordered the wrong size tanktop wich was in promotion. I noticed this after reading the confirmation and I've immediately send a mail to the info point. They open at 9am according to their website and I received an answer at 08:58. They were happy to change the size for me and covered the difference because the bigger size was slightly more expensive. I already was a customer so I already know the quality is very good. Genuinely don’t order from this place I spent 100$ plus on this and package never came in I emailed them they responded said the package was lost at the time of handoff they haven’t responded back to my email when I asked for a refund or a reorder placement I highly recommend yall look at a different brand to order from because this is honestly unacceptable.

I didn't get my order, went to the wrong address, tried to reach the company within seconds of placing order and they couldn't do since they shipped it. So it went to an address in a state I don't live in and its just there collecting dust.

Terrible customer service
Well, first off the listed phone number does not work. I have had issues with exchanges twice. Both times ( months apart)…no reply, via email, from customer service. I had to send several emails. After that… when there is a response (multiple
weeks later), it’s a general automated reply that has nothing to do with the issue. You have the worst customer service, that I have ever had to deal with. I will no longer purchase from your company.
