Excellent delivery service
Hello, the delivery drivers were very cordial and phoned before they arrived which was extremely helpful as I had to open the garage before they arrived. They unloaded the packages carefully and it was a pleasant experience.

Ottimo
The company communicated clearly about the delivery and the driver was very polite and competent. The truck and driver were well equipped to effect the delivery of the very heavy and bulky items I ordered to the place where I wanted them. The stuff was well secured in the truck so no chance of damage overall the delivery couldn’t have been better in any way. The only issue I have is that it was quite expensive for a short distance.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Unhelpful and rude call centre. The product arrived three weeks late, not in its packaging, and in significantly fewer quantities than ordered. Where are all the ordered parts? I had to file a compensation claim with the seller. Never again will I receive their service!

Good comunication and delivery process
Everything was delivered in the best conditions. There was a problem, because in zone of delivery there is no mobile phone signal, but before delivery company calls and clarifies it and if they do not reach you by phone they send an e-mail. So all was sorted out and delivery was in an appointed time by company.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. During the delivery, I warned the drivers to be careful while reversing, but they still damaged the entrance canopy of my property. I immediately reported the incident and I am now waiting for compensation and a prompt response. Poor attention and lack of care during delivery.

Very Good
I ordered solar panels off Leroy Merlin for delivery on a specific date . Obviously they had overbooked . But was contacted to say it would be next day. I said that would not be possible . But . They must have hired another van to deliver . All good for me .
