Looks like a scam, ordered fluorescent tubes but looks like we have lost our money as they have not arrived. No answer to any of our three emails. Still advertising all over the internet !
DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
PayPal have since given me a full refund.

Pure scam ordered bulbs to save our school money but looks like we lost our money as this is just a scam and still advertising all over the internet how can this be .DONT ORDER OFF THIS SCUM COMPANY ADDRESS IS FALSE ,NUMBERS DONT WORK and google sort your act out as your assisting theft with every order

A total scam! I ordered 3 months ago and still nothing! They are not responding to mails or calls!

Extremely unfriendly towards customers.
Cannot be reached by phone.
Do not reply to emails.
Do not deliver the products ordered.
Should be removed from the internet.

Everything is wrong with this company. 1 year ago I ordered. Still haven't got my products and they dont answer my emails. Still haven't got my money back.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a lightbulb then received an email saying they didn’t have any in stock but never heard from them again. When I tried to contact them I had no response. Have just managed to get money back from my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ordered 5 lightbulbs early March, received an email from them the next day telling me that I wouldnt receive any of them until June in order for them to restock 2 of them.
Absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible service. Goods have still not arrived even though they were ordered weeks ago. They do not respond to correspondence. An automatic response system sends me a link to the tracking site which clearly says that the item is “not (yet) found” which I can only interpret as not having been sent.

Order delivered after 3 months. Wrong size lamps delivered Refund and return portal didn’t respond.

Very poor service.

Total lack of response to any communication. Emails bounce back, WhatsApp they reply but then dissappear and you get no answer.
Don't touch them, take money and then gone!

Same problem here, i ordered months ago, they don’t deliver the goods…
They don’t respond to messages and the money is gone…

I ordered a couple of PL-S lamps on 13th November, using the UK site lightbulbcheap.co.uk. These were in stock and next-day posting was promised.
Contrary to what was expected, I never received any email confirmation of order.
Repeated attempts to contact the Dutch company using their WhatsApp service, and both their UK and NL customer service email addresses, also led to no response whatsoever.
I eventually gave up and ordered the lamps again from another company.
On 3rd Dec I did finally get a notification that my order was being processed, and an invoice was attached - which, oddly, only showed the delivery charge and not the lamp costs (although the full and correct amount was charged to my card).
The items finally turned up via Royal Mail on 9th December.
The only reasons for not giving a 1-star review is that the pricing was good, and the items were well-packed. In all honesty however I can't recommend this company because of the atrocious customer service and slow delivery.

Ordered two light bulbs on Nov 29th. Specified delivery on Tuesday. Post NL didn't deliver and sent it only late on Dec 5th to a pick up location 1 hour and 15 mins public transport commute away.

Gloeilampgoedkoop sends lots of automated emails about the order, but cannot even deliver.

Needless to say I will not be spending my Saturday to go pick these up. I will dispute the costs with Gloeilampgoedkoop.

After placing my order, I never received any tracking information, and it was 100% impossible to contact this supplier by email (no delivery), WhatsApp (AI-bot reply at first, then silence), or by phone (a voice response).
Then, after almost 1 MONTH, a package was delivered with the correct contents. They get 2 stars for this. Now, I will have the trouble of pulling back my credit card dispute and I will no longer use this supplier.
Note that they have affiliate shops in most EU countries and other regions.

Do not use this company. It is a scam. The funds were taken from my account for the products I ordered and they were never delivered. There is also no response to my email request for information. I will amend this review only if the company responds to me and resolves the problem.

This shop is a total scam. I order a lamp, it never come and they don't answer any emails or WhatsApps. Don't ever order anything from that fake web shop.

Avoid this site. Take your money and no correspondence or replies. Having to do a charge back via credit card.

Disgusting

Order a lamp. Lamp was out of stock but it was not noted on the website. No emails either. Had to contact them directly for information.

A month later, still no lamp. They say it will take two more weeks. Never seen such horrendous communication with the client.

Never again.
