I don't often do this, but I am so impressed by your company I just feel like I must.
I want to thank you for your excellent service. The Weck jars I ordered arrived very nicely packed with zero losses due to breakage.

Fireplace floor glass plate
Ordered a glass plate for the floor in front of our fireplace. It works well, product was just as expected. Drove 40 min. into Copenhagen to pick it up and the guy at the store took about 10 minutes before asking if I needed help while he was with another customer. Eventually told after about a 2 min. search the product wasn't in the store. It was and they drove it up to our house, but it was two days later. That's why the 1 star taken off. Otherwise a positive experience.

Great service, I have used it twice and will probably use it again. Product description on the webshop is very detailed so one can be sure of getting the right product (that was not the case with two other places that I tried before...).
