It was easy to order. You had a very competitive prise.
Delivery was very quick.
I havn´t unpacked the stove yet while waiting for the area to be finished. But what I can see all seems to be delivered and in order.
Price was good, product information very good. The actual ordering process was clear and smooth. It took a while for our stove to arrive, but that was due to Christmas rush at the shipping company. Stove was packed very meticulously, in its own casing and on a pallet. Haven't installed it yet, but I'm sure it'll be fine.
They simply refuse to cancel my order even if I contacted them by phone and email less than 1 hour after placing the order!
I had to confirmed 4 times that I want to cancel my order! First, it was on the phone, then per Email, and because of those back and forth email, instead to request the cancellation right away like I was requesting, it took several hours later and of course he claims that it might now be too late to cancel. As soon as I got this information, around 17.., I tried to call again, but no answer even if your hotline should be available till 18.00.
So, next time instead to negotiate with your customer when they requested a cancellation, you should put the order on hold right away!! And actually, I think this negotiations was really not pleasant and would have preferred that he cancel my order right away like we agreed on the phone.
Also, lying to your customer by saying that you don't have an Austrian shop, even if there is a shop with exactly the same products, product description, design layout and even exactly the same address in the Impressum... I don't get why you do this. Else would be great to have an explanation about this clone website!
