They dont do what they promise

A terrible experience. If you want to make a serious purchase, without any problems and without being scammed, then AVOID this site. If, however, you want to make a purchase with repeatedly missed dates, broken promises, vague and inconclusive responses, and ultimately end up with an undelivered order, then you're in the right place.

Best cycle shop in Düsseldorf.

When I started reseaarching for a MTB, I saw such a good deal on Fahrrad.de that it made me doubt about it. So I started researching about the company and read some stuff about it going bankrupcy and that it was not reliable. I researched further, even called some of their phisical shops and understood that the old owner had bought it back and was trying to recover their name.
I decided to trust and ordered a Scott Spark RC for an amazingly good deal. It is a pretty big amount of money so at first I was a bit scared.
As soon as I made the order I received an email with a link to follow up the delivery, they said 4 to 5 business days but it arrived in 3.
Bike is in perfect condition, it was pretty much built, just missing pedals and with twisted handle bar, as expected.
I could not be happier about the deal and the service.

The back tyre is puncture. i keep filling the air and every morning i see a flat tyre.
A bit disappointed with one of the product.

Out of the 3 cycles only this one has the above problem. the other 2 are perfect. Also All the other products are as expected.
I wish this wouldn't have been defective.

is there a way this can be fixed?

Returned order FDE11820978 in August. Today is Oktober. No refund, no answer by PayPal Claim.

I managed to contact the seller. At first they said that the product had not been received, but then they changed their minds because I sent the UPS tracking confirmation. Now the seller says that the return form is not filled out correctly, so the refund is not possible.

The only way to get money was to file a PayPal dispute and I won. Be careful if you want to keep your money.

Disgusting website, I’ve tried to contact them because my bike arrived with one of the wheel spokes broken, I haven’t gotten a response yet, they stated it took 10 business days and it’s been almost a month and I only get emails from the trying to sell me new stuff. I can’t repair the bike since it would void the supposed warranty which they don’t even uphold. I would never buy from there again and J don’t recommend you do either.

First time ordering a bike online but spec wise it is well worth the money compare to others in the same price range. I had it delivered to a local bike shop for assembly and just went there to pick up and ride home. Seamless experience. I use it for my daily commute now it's pretty comfortable and nice to ride.

I bought a bike 20 days and it's still not delivered, even tho they say it takes 5 business days, this is my first experience and probably last wirh them

Buying the bike was easy. Service is really bad. 5 weeks since Ticket was opened more than 5 weeks ago. Customer Hotline promised priority callback 1 weeks ago. Nothing happened since.

I had a very negative experience ordering a bicycle with further assembly in store (one of the fahrrad.de partners). It took a long time, the store lost my additional package, and the waiting time for support response initially was very long... but in the end, it was figured out.

Now, I ordered additional products for a good price, and they already shipped the next day, so I hope my bad experience with the bike order was just the fault of their partner (assembly store).

Prices are very good compared to Amazon.

I booked serious eight ball bike with rim breaks. The cycle was comfortable, but however after few minutes I realized the front tyre was a bit bent. Also while riding in higher gears (7 or 8), there was some cracking sound from the gears behind. Since the bike was comfortable to ride, I would be happy to have it back with the defective parts being replaced.
However, currently it is already in the cycle shop. If it's not getting repaired, then I would like to for a refund.

so I ordered the bike more than a week ago and the delivery is maybe next week, which means a minimum wait of 2-3 weeks for the bike, although on the Internet they guarantee 3-5 days of delivery!! I sent several e-mails and no one answers, very pitifully. Shame, nothing else!!!
