19 years with a 30amp Aga to a 1000XPro Esse!
We have replaced our lovely but not controllable 2 oven Aga 30amp of 19 years with an Esse 1000XPro - and only a week in we are smitten… it cooks even better than our Aga and offers total flexibility. It’s practical as well as stunning to look at. We bought ours through Rural Ranges in Dorset who have been brilliant from initial enquiries through to installation and Esse themselves are so helpful and ready to share advice.
I’ve found the shift from an always on Aga to the Esse 1000XPro a pretty intuitive process as someone who likes to cook!

Fire bricks needed replacing so ordered straight from ESSE. Delivery very prompt so no bother. Will do this again as Fire bricks dont seem to last very long they crack even with small fire.

Fixing hotplate problem - easy!
After phoning for technical assistance to help diagnose the fault, and getting great advice, I bought 2 controllers, replaced them easily myself and our range cooker is perfect again.
