Sorry to say but i couldnt use some boards , i had to purchase quite a few from another source , quite a few knots , twisted boards to which i paid for the chunky boards .
I ordered a cut to size kit , communication was good , with clear instructions given , professional service just a shame boards were not good , posts not smooth very rough around the tops , should be smoothed and sanded alittle better .

We've looked at a number of different companies for composite decking boards. They had to be solid after we had a bad experience with hollow boards. The boards stocked by eDecks were exactly the size needed, are robust and look good. They cut well and look fantastic when laid.
I placed our order online, but quickly realised I needed to amend it. A quick phone call and our order was corrected, and delivered 3 days later. Excellent service, highly recommended.

From the website layout to ordering and delivery this was an excellent experience.
My only downside would be that the infill pieces of the clearview product aren’t deep enough to properly fill the gap between the glass panes, that leave a place for water to sit.

Good service and delivery. Just a shame delivery is very expensive for where i live. Otherwise I would use them more. Their decking boards are good. Free hose 100ft pipe turned out to be only 40ft but hay it was free.

Good quality and delivered on time

To be honest two bits of the steps were so badly twisted each time I fitted then they twisted the whole thing so it was quite unsteady.been a little old makes me not really want to use them.

Delivered stairs and handrails handrails poor condition unusable replaced , deck spindles had been cut with incorrect angles had to modify them myself

We ordered a garden stairs kit and a few other bits. Their own van delivered it, wonderful service. Ordered from one of the high Street brands at the same time and they and their courier left dents in everything. Stairs kit is now up and doing the job. Only negative about the kit is wife does not like the green screws :D
