Excellent product and outstanding service

We purchased the Shawa ONE B10 shower enclosure for our holiday apartment and are very happy with our decision.

The communication with Expertbath was excellent from start to finish. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and professionally, which gave us a great deal of confidence throughout the purchase process.

The shower enclosure looks exactly as shown in the pictures and is genuinely very attractive. It also feels high-quality and well made. The installation went very smoothly, and the finished result looks fantastic.

We would definitely choose this shower enclosure again for our next holiday apartment or property and can highly recommend both the product and Expertbath

Overall, very good product quality – everything feels high-quality and durable. What really stands out, though, is the support. Even after more than 5 years, any questions are handled with outstanding care. The customer service is fast, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated. It’s rare to find such excellent after-sales support. Great product (shower cabine).
It looked good on the website and looks just as good installed in my bathroom.

I am not a very good handyman but their description and videos made it looked very doable. So I decided to try to do it and ..... I managed! Of course it was not as simple as on the videos but it is certainly doable.

I am giving 4 out 5 stars as the paper description is not 100% clear and could certainly be better. Or, probably even better, the online installation videos could have some more details (maybe also only for people who actually bought the product). There is one nice but also tricky part. As the cabin has to fit a certain range of sizes there are no fixed locations for the construction holes. So it is delivered with screws that are actually mini drills. This is not difficult to do but it was rather poorly explained.

All in all it was really not hard to do and I even managed to do it all by myself. And the end result looks really great!

In 2020 we ordered a custom shower floor. The delivery went exactly as agreed. Now after 5 years of intensive use, the shower floor is still in new condition. The grille has become somewhat oxidized due to the use of aggressive cleaning products. We have contacted Expertbath. They immediately answered our question and indicated that they will replace it free of charge. This is the best service you can get. 10 out of 10
