Amazing service! They transported my dog, Marshal, from Germany to London and took great care of him throughout the journey. Communication was excellent, and everything went smoothly. I’m really grateful for their care and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t recommend ExecPets highly enough. Darren supported me throughout the whole process of transporting my dog from Portugal to Scotland and kept me updated regularly along the way.

He took wonderful care of him and genuinely treated him as if he were his own. Knowing my dog was in such caring and trustworthy hands made a stressful journey so much easier. He arrived happy, calm and very well looked after.

We had a very quick, unexpected relocation to Copenhagen from Durham UK. We have a 16 year old rescue cat and a 1 year old rescue cat that we needed to get to us asap (mine and my daughters fur babies). Darren was great, even though it’s extremely busy time of year he found a way to help me. The huge plus for me, our cats are the only pets travelling, I could transport all of their belongings and being in Copenhagen already I didn’t need to travel. We had a tracker to watch the journey unfold and the children were so excited checking. We had regular updates via WhatsApp, stating how our cats were getting on and even follow up messages to see how they have settled in their new home. Pop’s and Winnie arrived safely, they are happy and sleeping off their big adventure. Thank you Darren, great service!

Nigel & Debbie provided excellent service by transporting my 2 dogs from Nottinghamshire to Mablethorpe when I moved home. Very efficient reliable and friendly and best of all reasonably priced compared to others. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Sami was amazing, she's a wonderful person in general. They managed to find me a slot last minute, picked me up from CDG airport, and drove us all the way to London. My cat usually hates long drives, starts vocalising after an hour - with Sami, he slept for hours, didnt vocalise or complain one bit, which says a lot.
She made sure what otherwise would be a nightmare of a drive feel like a breeze, and you could see that she genuinely cares about making it as comfortable as possible for us.

I still think about this journey almost a year later. I wanted to leave another review. The service was exemplary. Daniel was a pleasure, he kept the chat flowing when needed but silence didn't bother him. He took amazing care of our dogs and cats. Our GSDxHuskyx Boxer adored him, so much so she happily turned him white and our ChowxLab who is a bit standoffish with new people thought he was great too. Daniel even kept the vehicle a bit warmer, because every time we turned the heating down one of our cats cried, with a warmer van she slept. You get what you pay for, and I'd pay over and over for this service. The journey through France was a struggle for me, so I was concerned the following day for the journey down to Spain. I didn't think I could do it one day, but Daniel reassured me that if I'd had enough, we'd stop overnight and it wasn't a problem. We finished the journey that day, but with a hiccup the maps put us a few miles off course, despite the tiredness of everyone I never once felt that there was any frustration. If you want the best, look no further. We've been here nearly nine months now, thank you xec pets for making the journey stress free and for going above and beyond. Codie and Niki say hi. Lisé

We are absolutely happy with the service! Our driver Sami and her colleague Pascal were very professional, friendly and took great care of our dog throughout the whole journey. Everything went very smoothly, and we crossed the border very quickly without any unnecessary questions or delays. The whole experience was easy, safe and stress-free for us. Definitely worth the money — we would happily use the service again!

Darren delivered our dog Twix from London to Munich. The service was excellent, picking up Twix at 4am on the dot and delivering her to Munich by evening time. Darren drove through the day and stopped to let Twix out occasionally. He was very caring and kept us updated throughout. Can highly recommend Execpets for any transport needs.

Nigel and Debbie the drivers were great at keeping me updated on details for the journey and delivery of 2 swans (not their usual cargo!) and Darren was very helpful when trying to organise the transfer. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We were very anxious about moving our 16 year old cat Mimi from London to Somerset as she has never travelled anywhere before. Debbie collected her on time and delivered her to us in the afternoon. She gave us peace of mind. I would happily recommend ExecPets

Good trip, all arrived fine although extremely tired, We went Wirral to southern Spain, only reason for the 4star rather than 5 rating is we think an extra night was needed.
We did the whole trip to Malaga in 2 nights. (2&1/2 days). The driver Darren has my utmost respect for his driving skills and pleasant company, however the journey was a test for both us and our dog.
I would strongly recommend paying a bit more and spreading the journey over 3 nights. That would enable more pit stops and avoid 12hr days. To anyone making the same journey I would recommend the extra night and paying more. We didn’t request the extra night which is our fault, with hindsight we would have requested an extra night.

After waiting 5 days for a quote I had to remind them I'm still waiting. Then get a message with £3800. Nothing about what's included!!

Travelled with my cockapoo from Essex to Marbella. She was recovering from an operation and Darren made the journey as smooth as possible. She’s not generally good with men but warmed up to Darren in the end! Totally professional and just what we needed to get our girl to Spain. Would thoroughly recommend Exec pets!

I used Exec Pets for our relocation to Vienna from Buckinghamshire with my elderly cocker spaniel. I was impressed from the day I initially enquired to when they delivered us to our new home today. Sam was a careful, considerate driver and wonderful company. What could have been a stressful experience was highly enjoyable and completely stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam or Exec Pets for pet transportation to and from Europe.

Sami and the Exec Pets team were just brilliant. Coordinating, helping with pet docs, booking lovely hotels and transporting us with our dog safely from Italy to the UK. It was a wonderful journey together that we will never forget. We highly recommend them and a big big thank you.

Service and timeliness

Excellent, efficient, professional service. Darren communicated clearly throughout, very clear instructions on what was needed for Truffle which removed all stress. Pickup was on time. Smooth journey, excellent driver. Processing through euro tunnel procedures could not have gone more smoothly. Drive to our destination again was smooth and easy. I could not recommend the service more!
