Absolutely horrible free tool, don't waste your time
Absolutely horrible experience and time waste, used to work just perfect as a free tool. Now they limited everything and it's basically unusable.
Want to create a new doodle? Not possible, you have too many doodles in your account. Ok I will delete them.. Nope you can only delete one per month (wtf??). Did I create the doodles? No, others created them, you can't remove yourself.
Ok delete account and make new account. Want to create doodle. Oh maximum only 10 choices, you have to upgrade..
How to ruin a simple, easy product with greed.. I would recommend anyone else using free alternatives and deleting their account.

Not my normal 5 out of 5
Normally, my experience with Doodle is five out of five, but this time I needed to go in and edit an existing entry. When I went to save the edited version, the 'Save' button, which usually floats at the bottom disappeared. Very frustrating, but evidently not uncommon.

Scheduling Meetings made easier
I schedule a lot of meetings and using doodle helps me to schedule the meetings in a timely manner and I can print out the poll.

This company will not stop charging me…
This company will not stop charging me for a cancelled description. Since I went to their 'free' plan I've been charged $15.00 twice.
I can get to the point where it says Delete Account -- I get the Delete Account link to the appropriate email (yes, I had two email accounts) but when I click the link it says "Provided email (or password) did not work." I tried to login to access the contact form and it won't recognize the password -- a recently changed password.

Ruined what was a good product
As with everything nowadays, Doodle has been ruined by greed and overcharging. The poll used to have free tiers and a more reasonable price point, now this has all but gone. We have shifted my company to a different system now given Doodle is charging for a very basic product.

Very easy and intuitive to use
Very easy and intuitive to use. I am a consultant and use it to schedule meetings with clients. My only addition would be to be able to add in my co workers google calendar.

Helpful Tool for Scheduling
Using Doodle has been very helpful to me for scheduling board meetings and doing sign-ups. It would be even better with a few modifications. It would be great to be able to see the whole line of text in the sign up descriptions, and would love to see a bigger area for our logo. Also, when I tried adding a sign-up question at the end of the other questions, it kept putting at the beginning once I hit Preview. These are very minor things, and overall I enjoy the tool very much. I especially like the ability to export the responses, and the ease of sending the link to participants. Thank you!

We love using Doodle for our business, but we use a specific stagnant Zoom room for our meetings and Doodle doesn't allow us to put Zoom links into the description of the events we are planning. This is incredibly annoying as then we have to input it manually after someone books the call.

Have been a user of their site for years, now changing it to paid
Have been a user of their site for years- like 10+. However, they just changed group polls to a paid pro package so I will now be finding a different platform for free group polls.
