Thanks Ditto never had the scary catalog takedowns or withheld payments for no reason or with no explanation as other distributors clients seemingly suggest, experience has been great thank you Ditto

Signing up, uploading tracks, and releasing music has been awesome!
Only missing the functionality on sharing the upcoming releases for free, under "Share the good news" - Provided link fails to connect with Facebook. Also wish there were more social networks to share to.

Most releases go well. Some take longer than others but I am learning. Support is fairly useful.

Its good company, but to help small groups to push further cost little high price. Would love to have some cheap support from Ditto to spread the music all around promote plan that doesnt cost much money for starting to grow the audience of people.

I had a copyright issue with the cover file. The support team was very efficient; they resolved the problem in just a few days.

I am very satisfied publishing my music through Ditto Music. I receive a very professional service with a clear and easy website.

It is really simple to create releases and monitor their progress. I have just upgraded to Pro and have started to get to grips with that well

They are doing a great job helping people to publish their work, very easy to use.

The uploading of songs was quick and straightforward. The whole process was simple and intuitive

I gave Ditto Music a rating of 3 out of 5, and I would like to explain why.

I am an independent songwriter, composer and music producer releasing my original music under the name IGAL FILIPOVSKI – IF MUSIC.

I invest considerable time, effort and my own money into creating, producing and promoting my music.

My music has already achieved approximately 90,000 downloads and streams across various music platforms, including Spotify and YouTube Music.

However, despite these results, I have received practically no revenue. The royalties reported to me amount to less than $10.

I find this extremely disappointing and difficult to understand.

I pay Ditto Music for its distribution services. I also understand that Ditto advertises that artists retain 100% of their royalties.

If this is the case, I would like to understand where the revenue generated by my music is going.

I appreciate that different platforms have different royalty structures and payment schedules. However, I believe that, as my music distributor, Ditto Music has a responsibility to provide transparent reporting and help me understand how my music is being monetised.

I would therefore appreciate clear answers to the following questions:

1. Royalty payments: Why have approximately 90,000 reported downloads and streams generated less than $10 in royalties?
2. Revenue transparency: Can you provide a detailed breakdown of my streams, downloads, royalty calculations and payments from each platform, particularly Spotify and YouTube Music?
3. Outstanding royalties: Are there royalties that have not yet been reported or paid to Ditto Music? If so, when should I expect to receive them?
4. YouTube monetisation: Is my music properly registered for YouTube Content ID, and am I receiving revenue when other people use my music in their videos?
5. Copyright protection: What specific services does Ditto Music provide to protect my copyrights and prevent unauthorised use of my original songs?
6. Additional monetisation: What can Ditto Music do to help me ensure that my music is properly registered, protected and monetised across all relevant platforms?

I am not expecting unrealistic earnings. However, I do expect transparency, accurate accounting and professional support from a distribution company whose services I pay for.

My concern is simple: I am doing the creative work, investing in production and promotion, and attracting listeners. Yet I see almost no financial return.

I would like Ditto Music to explain why this is happening and what practical steps your team can take to improve the situation.

I hope to receive a detailed response rather than a general explanation of how streaming royalties work.

To be honest the Company welcomed well , thanks for that but my complain is removing my music on TikTok it's really hurting 💔 😢 And that's my original music I didn't copy anything so that's it if you can fix it forme before the release date I will be so grateful thanks I remained as Cyberkayz ug

The process and management of the music release are good. There are some issues with Apple Music. The release time (10 days) is long; it could be shorter.
