Well an up date from Digi Store with my disagreement over my refund .
Persistence does pay off after a few emails and telephone calls and leaving a critical review it seems to have done the trick . The wording from Digistore is they contacted the "Vendor" but they did not respond to them so as a gesture of good will have fully refunded me . So the Vendor who ever it was on FB did advertise a 90 day money back guarantee but this was a false statement . But I must give credit to Digistore for refunding me the £235 . But just shows you need to be firm and stand your ground when you have been conned . Thank you Digistore .

This company sells Lipomax weight loss pills which use fake endorsement by Ruth Jones and make false claims about their effectiveness.
I was promised a refund which has not materialised.

Unbeknown to me, my 10 year old granddaughter borrowed my phone and ordered 2 items from your company. When she told me, I PANICKED! Major meltdown. Contacted your helpline, (several times in stress mode) and a very helpful person, called Queen, told me that all was well and the order would be cancelled. Thank you Queen, so much. They replied to my concerns quickly and professionally they explained that I should give the plan a try just to be sure that I don't miss any opportunity for success so I think it's reasonable to go ahead and give it a shot maybe this is the break I need to get my finances in better shape it's not easy to put blind faith into any new online project because of the amount of fraud that happens on line and Im On a fixed income so I'm scared to take the risk even though it's only 50 bucks but im going to go for it im not going to.be able to have multiple cash generating machines I can only start with one I think when you pitched the second machine for 200 dollars I thought this is typical they are just trying to get as much as they can but im ready to give it a try so I m. Going to please help me get this set up so I can make this money I really need it
