War is not good

I had experienced that my colluege offered me Zahnarzt Versicherung then I refused and said that I will think first because she offered me 26€ per month. But here upon registration it kostet 17,10€ per month. Then I saw it thru website then I applied it.

German Family Insurance offers clear policies, easy enrollment, and reliable customer support. A good choice for families looking for straightforward and dependable insurance coverage.

I’m still waiting for a reply regarding one invoice. Unfortunately, the total amount of this year’s first round of bills exceeded the insurance limit. I hope they will reimburse at least part of it. Overall, I’m satisfied with the dental insurance.

They cover a lot of costs from my dental treatment. Highly recommend to by the 100% option. It's a few euro more but what you get worth that.

Very bad experience. The selling is fantastic but once you sign the insurance you discover that they give so much misleading information. I got the premium, they say you get up 100% refund of vet costs: not true; they say you can quit any time: not true, once you submit an invoice you are forced to stay for two years; they say they cover up to 500 euro a year or 1000 euro in 2 years plus the 100 euro bonus for vorsorge: not true, the 100 euro are part of the total you get per year and they do not count two years even though they are forcing me to stay two years. Summing up, if you save your money every month you get more than with DFV. When you need them they are not there. I really do not recommend it. On top of all, the last answer they gave me is that they offer the service in German and that I should not write in English. Customer service is really bad.

The process of buying the plan is so bad. It tricks you. I am not yet done my final decision, I just want to go to go through the steps and review my plan/contract, but last step is not just a page, it just directly charge me. I even haven't got account registered but it already want to charge me. Now I can't cancel. How stupid. Specially I use google translate of the page, it's just not smart. I imaging it got the hype just because it's website process is too easy to get you pay.

Getting a refund was hard and it took me to invest way more time than with other insurances communicating with the company. Additionally, they did not want to terminate my contract because they did not accept the temporary Abmeldung.
I felt they are trying each time to make my life harder when it was totally unnecessary.

We are new with this insurance, but even like this is works perfecf with our doggy.

It’s very Impressive! You get exactly what you’re promised and very quickly.
I’m so happy to work with an entity in Germany that actually works like how it should! The power of living in a social country.

It's taking very long to get money for the dental bills and I still haven't received that. It's always a back and forth response - ask me to provide more information with the template document. It's been more than 3months... And DFV said without more information they can not complete review and pay me , BUT they can already know they can update my contract to ask me to pay more!!!!!!
