Back in 2023 we made to orders on cardmarket from Destock tcg, that never arrived.
We contacted Destock, and they aknowledged the shipments were returned to them. We asked for a refund which they accepted, but they never sent it.
For over 2 years we have tried to get in contact with Destock about this missing refund and we were in dialogue with cardmarket who at first banned their account and advised us to pursue legal action.
Cardmarket also removed their status as Powerseller due to this case.
Destocks excuse for not sending the refund is that the ownership of the company changed - which is not true as the seller we made the transaction with is still running the company.
We reached out to them on social media and they promised to get back - but they never did.
So as advised by Cardmarket we are now pursuing legal action for the missing refunds of the orders that never arrived.

This review contains several incorrect statements.
First, the orders mentioned allegedly date back to 2023. However, the company referenced in this review did not exist at that time, which makes this claim factually impossible.
Second, the statement regarding our PowerSeller status on Cardmarket is also incorrect.
At the beginning of the year, Cardmarket informed professional sellers that the PowerSeller program would be limited to around 100 sellers across Europe. As a result, many professional sellers, including us, no longer operate or operate only marginally on the platform. It is therefore normal that we no longer retain this status. This change is unrelated to the allegations made in this review, and it is absurd to claim otherwise, especially on the very day Cardmarket updated the status of all professional sellers.
Finally, the author of this review has been claiming for over a year that legal action would be taken regarding an order that we have never received nor processed. Despite these repeated claims, no formal action has ever been initiated and no verifiable order information has been provided.
Publishing and repeatedly updating a review based on orders that cannot be identified in our records only contributes to spreading inaccurate information.
