This is a disaster- booked a bus from Kildare Village to Dublin Airport today at 18.05 which was supposed to take just over an hour which included a connection at red cow. However bus didn’t arrive at Kildare Village until near 18.30 and of course connection at red cow missed. In all it took 2 hours + which is double the scheduled time::::this was a disaster - flight missed.
I took the service Limerick-Dublin city centre (departure 12.15). No aircon (during heatwave), smelled of urine (many passengers have pointed this out, are no steps being made to resolve?), floor under seat was sticky as when liquids spill and are not cleaned. Will not be reusing.

Re-writing this because my anger might have taken away from the point.
The lovely customer support responded to say the reason they need you to enter your details several times in the app is because they don’t store personal details. This is actually hilarious because ofcourse they store customer details, if details weren’t stored logging wouldn’t be possible. If details weren’t stored , I wouldn’t be shown my card details as I put in an order just to AGAIN be asked to fill them in again. Every single booking app uses security measures to keep card details safe- needing a customer to enter them all over again is a measure that would have been understandable 2 decades ago.
So the idea that you build a horrible to use app and don’t have the desire to make it easier for your customers to use remains unchallenged by your customer service’s inability to understand actual data storage vs data security.
But keep up the snarky responses , those are definitely helping the fact you barely have 2 star rating across review platforms.

WARNING-do not use this service. The unfortunate few times I’ve had to use this because jj kavangh or the train has been booked it’s been a complete disaster..the bus is NEVER EVER EVER on time, you cannot rely on it (it might also just not turn up)..also very dirty (last one I had to take stank of urine)..seriously, you’re better off hitchhiking than taking this bus…(EDIT..@dublincoach…sat here in Dublin airport …MISSED FLIGHT because of your two delays today (Kilkenny-red cow/ red cow dublin airport), so thanks for that, gonna cost me a few hundred euro..EDIT 2..got another wonderful response from @Dublincoach saying “we were only 23 mins late”…what they fail to mention is my original arrival time at dublin airport was supposed to be 15.30..because of the two delays I arrived at 16.31..that’s over an hour delay. If you can “see my booking”, you know exactly what I’m talking about

I was traveling back to Newbridge on your 20.30service when the driver told me to hurry_up!!! and board, he then drove off on the outside lane of a two lane dual carriageway, I made a comment about this and he did not like it at all, and last Monday on the same route I was traveling back to Newbridge he was driving and when he saw me waiting he slowed down partially, and then sped off. leaving me to wait for an hour for another bus, he is of far eastern extraction, as a pensioner I find this behaviour the height of arrogance and ignorance, and want you to know about it Michael (0877697879
Got the bus from Dublin to Abbeyfeale, the driver made the experience a 5 star review as he was personable and friendly:-) the toilet was not working and the bus smelt of urine:-( He kindly stopped at the services and we still made our destination on time:-) His number was 412 and I’m sure he’d prefer to be driving a clean non smelly bus too!
I have to say we had a lovely driver on the bus from Dublin to Abbeyfeale yesterday, the driver number was 412.
The toilet was out of order, so the driver stopped off at Barack Obama for passengers to use the toilet.
The bus though did smell badly of urine....but that wasn't the fault of the driver.
Onboard now, bus arrived late and an hour into the 3 hour journey I have discovered the toilet is ziptied shut with no toilet stops planned. As someone with a bowel disorder I wish this was told to me before I boarded but the driver was too busy playing with his scanner.
Paying extra to get the train home later instead so I dont have to worry about a ziptied loo, waste of a return ticket and would not recommend to elderly or ill people who would need a toilet or to be on schedule.
I was very fortumate a secomd driver came on and allowed me to run to the public bathroom at red cow.

Everyone on the bus felt really bad today. They don't have air conditioning. It's outside. It's really sad, the child was screaming. It was the grandmother who felt sick on the bus. She was really hot. We still have two hours to go.

Hi, just want to say that Michelle who drove the 21:15 750 from Dublin Airport to Dundrum was super helpful, friendly, polite and wonderful. There were about 20 confused tourists who didn't know which bus to get to Killarney and she gave them lots of repeated help & was clear and friendly and warm. She's a credit to the Green Bus and was very helpful but firm and got everyone home on time!
I got the green bus from Portlaoise to Dublin airport twice this month. It arrived in Portlaoise on time but was over 30 minutes late on arrival at the airport on both journeys.
Its advertised as a 2 hour journey but it takes 2.30. There were no holdups or delays of any kind. The timetable is way off and needs revising.
It also made a stop in Kildare town and drove away leaving two women stranded. They were literally walking to the door with their bags clearly going to the airport and the driver drove away when they were standing beside the bus. Absolutely terrible service.

I am currently on the 726 from Dublin Airport ( May 28th), & used this same service to airport on May 21st . Whilst the timeliness of the service was good, unfortunately- and I don’t blame the Company for this, but it took 3hrs 10mins to get to Naas from airport ( incident on m50); but the BIG problem was the Ventilation- and lack of /malfunctioning air conditioning- it was beyond disgraceful. I’m currently sitting in the bus on the m50 and it’s like a damn sauna. One might say the weather is exceptionally warm, but on May 21st @ 5.50 am, it most certainly wasn’t warm. Yet it was the same story- no air conditioning, no proper ventilation. Bus is like a sauna and this has been 3+ hrs of sheer discomfort bordering on people feeling unwell & anyone I’m taking to are equally unhappy as I am. I’ve emailed this company twice re this problem… Today I’ve contacted them twice whilst on the bus for 3+hrs; i even rang the number, spoke to a person, who told me emphatically that there IS Air Con on all their buses. Yet today’s driver told me it didn’t work. Yet a week ago, I had exact same experience. When we arrived- 2hr 45 min later- at Red Cow, a further 20 mins was wasted with drivers coming in/out of the bus, whilst everyone on the bus sat in the heat etc and felt largely ignored. As I sat at very front, I simply asked the new driver if we could actually move on after 16 mins sitting in Red Cow; his answer to me was I could move to another bus if I had an issue..
I regret my negativity in this post, but this situation today was Seriously uncomfortable and unacceptable.

Charged twice as a student. Refused refund. Customer service appalling. Please no not use this company.
Update, still no refund but the return I had to use was exactly 1 hour late, not a hint of an apology from this awful company. I reiterate, please don't waste your money with this crowd.

Paul o sullivan is an absolute gentleman i had so many extra needs on the bus and he looked after every single one, cian is my own name and i sat beside him the whole way home on the bus and it was the best conversation ive ever had with a human being, aftwe driving myself the last 5 years and today i was heading to limerick today on the dublin coach when i left the bus i felt like a new man. Paul o sullivan for taoiseach. Thanks paul & dublin coach i would reccomend.
Bus from waterford to Cork one hour late ( which the driver said multiple times to the poor people who had a question before getting on the bus - not their fault-), old, sears broken with foam hanging out numerous seats. Charging points not working. Also, maybe driver was instructed to drive slower due to high diesel prices, but it was evident. I rest my case
Late on both the outbound and return trips. Over 15 mins late outbound. Over 35 mins late on return. Never again.

The drivers were switching and the second driver came on very very aggressive. He threw his jacket at a lady sitting in the front seat and was giving out in his own language in a very aggressive demeanour and throwing his arms around. A witness to this got off the bus and told him to have some respect for the woman sitting in the front and he scoffed. We were all nervous in the bus with the level of aggression of the driver.. disgusting behaviour.
Bus was late stank of urine on top of all that the driver decided to stop on the hard shoulder coming out of Dublin with no explanation then drove on after 20 minutes like nothing happened
