Amazing and well put together course very successful and understandable

Great 2 days

I had a really positive experience with CST when enrolling on my NVQ as a trade professional with over 20 years of industry experience.

Having to complete an NVQ again to demonstrate my competence for the CSCS card was initially frustrating, but I genuinely enjoyed the process.

It gave me the opportunity to revisit some old ground and took me back to when I originally qualified in the trade.

I had Oliver as my assessor, who was excellent throughout. He was prompt in marking submissions and provided clear, constructive feedback, highlighting exactly where my evidence fell short of the assessment criteria.

This meant there was no guesswork involved and I knew exactly what was required to demonstrate my competence effectively.

All round, it was a really good experience. I'd like to thank Oliver Green for his support throughout the assessment and Winston, who dealt with my initial booking.

I would happily recommend CST to others looking to undertake their qualifications.

The training was very informative and engaging. The trainer explained everything clearly, regularly checking that everyone understood before moving on. The use of practical examples made the topics easier to understand, and the trainer encouraged everyone to participate.

The training booklet was also very helpful, clearly written and easy to follow. The breakout sessions made the training more interactive and interesting, while the quizzes in between sections helped reinforce our understanding of what we had learned.

Overall, it was a well-delivered and engaging training session. I really enjoyed it.

What a rubish company takes your £330 and then rings you up a week later saying your corse u have booked has been cancelled because you where the only one on what a joke took time off work lost money and then trys to say i have to wait 10 days for money back u should not have taking my money if u cant have 1 person on a corse what a joke

My experience with CST Training was very positive. My tutor Cheryl was very supportive and always on hand when needed. Cheryl was professional and attentive and communicated really well with me. She ensured I was clear with next steps and was always upbeat and positive.
I do find the amount of automated emails a little unnecessary, especially now the course is complete. This is something the company could possibly look in to?

Ragbir Power has been an absolutely fantastic instructor throughout my NVQ programme, from start to finish. His knowledge, efficiency, patience and support have been second to none. He has always been available to offer guidance and encouragement, whatever the hour – I sometimes wondered if he ever actually switched his phone off! 😂 His dedication and commitment played a huge part in helping me achieve my Level 6 qualification.

CST has also been brilliant in helping me and my colleagues obtain our NVQ Level 6 qualifications in a cost-effective and timely manner. They certainly know how to turn what could be a stressful qualification journey into a smooth and manageable experience. I would highly recommend CST to any individual or business looking to gain professional qualifications.

It was a very interesting and helpful experience

I had an extremely smooth process and my assessor stephen was what made it such an enjoyable experience he was always an email / call away and was very encouraging and supportive to my completion of a CMI level 7 i began the course with little confidence in my academic ability and left feeling like i could go onto phd/exec mba

The research and books read through the course have really challenged my way of thinking and is somthing i will continue to do in the future.

This was my 25th year being on a TWC which I found very informative. The tutor Lee had good background knowledge of the subject keeping things moving along and keeping it interactive with plenty of rest breaks, highly recommend CST training.

Very clear presentation, Michael Williams, the tutor, was very informative and made it feel comfortable. Excellent manner.

I just completed the TWC course and passed. I have taken all of my independent courses with this company because they are flexible in terms of taking courses online or attending face-to-face sessions. Although TWC has a lot of information to take in, the tutor was great and always made time for us to ask questions. No questions were considered silly.

Paul Gascoyne has been my assessor for the Level 6 NVQ and he has made the whole process a lot easier than I expected. He explains what is needed in plain terms, so you know exactly what evidence to put against each unit. When I sent work through QUALS DIRECT he came back quickly and told me straight what was good and what needed more, which saved me redoing things twice. I work full time as a site manager, so the flexibility with visits and calls made a big difference.
I would recommend him to anyone doing their NVQ.
Also CST Training beacouse they are flexible in terms of payments and also the program.
