We went to Curbridge meadows looking for a new home and was fortunate enough to meet with Sam in the sales office. The houses were beautiful and we found an ideal home but was unable to complete the purchase. That said Sam’s assistance and professionalism was exceptional. Having met with so many developers recently Sam’s communications and care shine out. We were very disappointed we couldn’t get buy from Sam but would recommend him and hope his senior management get to see this glowing review of him, a real asset to their business. Thanks for everything Sam

I viewed The Leighton apartment at Dalton Gardens, Huddersfield, today with Kate and Mark, and it was a really positive experience.
We received a very warm and friendly welcome, and Kate and Mark were professional, helpful, and took their time to show us around the property and explain everything clearly.
The development itself looks fantastic—very clean and well maintained, with good infrastructure and a lovely, peaceful environment. The overall setting feels welcoming and family-friendly.
I was very impressed with both the property and the development. Dalton Gardens looks like a great place for a family to live, and a big thank you to Kate and Mark for making our viewing experience so pleasant.

Bev has been fantastic at Castlefield park in harlington. She has shown patience through a prolonged sale of my property.

Well I had a rather peculiar experience. I arrived a bit early. The sales centre was open but no one was there. No message left on door I went to look round the 2 bed house myself. One of the site workers helped me. I went back to the sales centre but no one was there. The sales advisor arrived back with another customer and even though it was my appointment time she asked me to wait while she showed her around yet another house. She didn’t seem to know who I was or whether I had an appointment. I had confirmed by phone call the previous day and received 3 reminders about the appointment I felt this wasn’t very helpful to me and as I’d driven all the way from Rayleigh to make sure I was on time for 11 am. I left due to another viewing appointment and to visit my granddaughter as it was her birthday. In summary it was really disappointing The site seemed ok and the house very nice but the train line was a bit close and unexpected I didn’t feel valued as a customer or respected as I’d done my best to attend the appointment promptly and made sure I was in the right place at the right time. Thank you.

My wife and I were looking to move closer to our daughter, son-in-law and baby granddaughter in Kegworth. With little or no intention of moving to the village. We only called Into the show home at Kegworth Gate to get an idea of room sizes.
We then met Ellie, two minutes later we were planning our future. What an inspirational young women, bright, articulate and knowledgeable. Her shinning personality coupled with a reassuring nature means we now live in a beautiful new home.
Ellie also introduced us to another superstar, Gemma the effective ‘estate manager’.
Gemma is absolutely brilliant at her job, often going over and above what is expected of her.
She has an infectious personality, extremely positive outlook and a steely determination to get the job done.
We feel like highly valued and well looked after customers who know Gemma will pretty much answer any query instantly.
Highly respected and well regarded amongst the residents we are lucky to have her.

Do not be fooled by the big brand name or their marketing. Buying a house from this builder’s Windsor Gate development has been a massive and stressful mistake.
They promote these houses as "premium quality" with premium price tags, promising excellent customer care and after-sales service. The reality is completely the opposite. They operate like a cheap budget builder, using low-quality materials, and their customer service is non-existent.
We moved into our new home 10 months ago, and we have a massive list of unresolved defects that have been ignored since day one. Instead of things getting fixed, the problems are just piling up. Some of these are major structural, safety, and functional issues you should never see in a brand-new "premium" house:
Faulty Electrical Cabling: We have absolutely no light in our main hall of the house because the underlying electrical wiring is completely faulty.
Severe Structural Noise: The entire upper floor makes loud, cracking and creaking sounds every time you step on it.
Active Plumbing Leak: The main bathroom has a leak seeping into the next room. It is causing damage and has rendered the bathroom completely unusable.
Cheap Materials: Doors and windows do not close properly because they used cheap, substandard fixtures.
On top of the long list of indoor issues, there are major unresolved infrastructure and area management problems outside the house. They redirect you for everything to a management company (that they control) which operates in a different city and never visit the site or try to solve problems but you pay for high maintenance fee.
For 10 months, these are just some of the problems and their terrible customer service has ignored our requests while our home deteriorates. Their sales office take your money, make big promises, and then completely abandon you. Avoid this company at all costs.

Crest Nicholson’s loss warning was predictable. They’ve spent years building expensive homes that most families can’t realistically afford, while ignoring the growing demand for sensibly priced, good‑quality properties. Even freehold houses have become out of reach. This strategy has pushed buyers away, and now the company is feeling the consequences.
We visited Wycke place and spoke to a lovely lady named Sophie customer services, who was beyond helpful she allowed us to look a couple of houses which we wanted to see, Sophie answered all our questions and nothing was to much trouble. The houses are totally what we are looking for, and the rooms are large and set out properly and with thought and the decor is beautiful, The workmanship is spot on, and exactly what we are looking for, we were very happy with our visit, and hope to go back very soon to put our deposit down.

Very helpful and informative sales agent (Megs?). Had the right balance and wasn't too "hard sell" in her approach. Quality of the homes and finish was high and good location just North of Hereford city.
