I ordered 20 instrument light bulbs.
Despite being extremely well packed, one had clearly been smashed prior to packing.
I contacted CP Lighting regarding this, but have never had a response.

I don't know how you can possibly write this. These lamps were picked straight from the box. There was no broken glass in the box and no one is going to pick a broken lamp and send it to a customer.
It has clearly got damaged in transit. I have refunded the one lamp.
I don't know how you have contacted us but I cannot find any record of a communication from you. I have sent you screen shots from our email system. We always respond to customer service requests because we do not want posts like this.

Only fault was with the delivery service which is not down to the seller! Local issues with Royal Mail staffing meant it took a week for the package to be delivered. Still think 5 stars are relevent for previous dealings with C P Lighting.

Good product shame about slow delivery!
Ordering was easy and the product is exactly what I wanted. I was less happy with the delivery time - a week before it was dispatched. That would have been ok if I'd been told when to expect dispatch, there was no information given on the website or in the emails about delivery time just that they used royal mail first class which mean I expected it to be delivered within a week. I think your communication could be better!

I received a ‘saw you looking can I help kinda email’. With that I called the person who sent me the email as I hadn’t fulfilled by basket as I had queries, his email to me prompted the call, the help I received and knowledge was outstanding, which resulted in a sale and will be my go to from now on. Thank you CP Lighting- keep being brilliant 🤩

The delivery was perfect and indeed quicker than I thought.
The one problem was that the first bulb (of three) did not work, though the second one did. I’ve no idea whether the third one works - I hope so!
I have not sought redress, so the company cannot be blamed for not reacting immediately.
Of course, if a new bulb were to be sent, then ….

This is not the correct channel for customer service. All you had to do was phone or send an email to sales and you would have had a replacement or refund. Leaving a 2* service report is unfair since your complaint is about a product Please delete this review and leave a review against the product.
