Terrible warranty support
> I purchased a premium Fellow Series 1 espresso machine, but it has an unbearable, loud buzzing noise (solenoid coil whine) when idle. It’s so loud we can’t even leave the machine turned on.
> I sent it back for an RMA, but Coffeedesk completely ignored my emails, rejected the warranty claim, and sent the defective machine right back to me, claiming this loud noise is "completely normal."
> Awful customer service and zero accountability for premium products. If you expect a working warranty or helpful support when things go wrong, buy somewhere else. I even uploaded a video to YouTube just to show people what Coffeedesk considers "normal."
to coffeedesk respond: this normal idle buzzing sound is so loud that we have to turn off the fellow espreso series 1 immediately after finishing the coffee

Hi Erik,
I’m sorry to hear that you aren’t happy with your purchase, but we consulted on your claim with Fellow and as you know, you consulted with them yourself too. Even the manufacturer states that the noise level falls within acceptable operational standards and is nothing unusual for this device 😢
