First had a great info call with the responsible of the dept who spoke english, but then It took weeks to get a quote for a wooden terrace. The guy would keep asking details which already were in my request. When it finally came, I had two questions so I tried to call him, always busy so I called a dozen of times his line, which was always on ansering machine for hours - plus the main one, whose secretary was telling me the dept was busy. Never had any success. Also wrote 4 times. Never had any reply.
Question is - does Casando wants to make a business or not ? For my part this just not serious and doesn't entice to trust - pity for them as I have a dozen of thousands of Euros of stuff to order in different times.... Their choice in the end, just wonder how they survive...
Now I get the reply here below, next to the plate as usual - This is NOT about the quote, which I already received twice from two different persons... and that I clearly explain in my first message above - but about the follow up... good example of how things are being handled there.

Ordered from Denmark. We forgot something when we ordered and they answered my email straight away and it was no problem adding the item we forgot. The delivery was exactly as they promised and we are satisfied with the whole experience. Would definately use again.
