I'm new to Denmark and didn't know if I could trust the online store, since no Danes around me were familiar with it. But in the end, I decided to go for it because they have the best price I have found after comparing many stores and the shipping is free; and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The purchasing process was very simple. It was easy to choose the closest place to pick up the package, even though I wasn't familiar with the area, and it arrived as quickly as promised. I'm super happy with my purchase. I'll be bragging about it and recommending it to everyone.

I bought my beloved commuter bike from cykelshoppen last year, and also recently got some accessories as well.
My bike came in great condition. In a couple of week though the front light stopped working, and they immediately sent a new light without any questions. The customer service was incredibly helpful.
The accessories I mentioned at the top arrived in less than 24 hours! Again everything was in great condition.
I’ll definitely buying from them again.

Bought a cleat set, one of the pieces was defective and 1 hour after I sent them an email explaining my problem, I already had a new set on my way home. High five to Simon!

Bought my son a bike. Two problems: 1) bike arrived in completely ruined packaging. It had some cardboard and was mostly covered in black plastic, one wheel was sticking out. Like, this is the opposite of how you want a gift to your child look. I have a photo.
2) Driver called saying “I can drop your bike off in 10 mins”. Great but I am at the office. There was no warning the bike is being delivered today (there was a generic note “expect it in 1-2 days” - you can’t expect me to sit at home for two days)

The bike was fine, one fender was slightly bent on the side but no big deal.

I ordered an AXA lock at a discounted price. The web page is very detailed, letting me know whether the lock is insured. Delivery was quick, and the package came with some candies :)

Very good service, I had some question regarding very specific bike parts and they were able to help me.
Also they have the fastest shipping I experienced plus you get some candies every time

I have purchased several items in the past always delivered super quickly. Recently I had to contact their contact support and my issue was fixed in 10 min. Unbelievable work! 5 ⭐️

Brilliant experience

professional help and guidance through the whole process of buying and customizing the bike. Support is very friendly and helpful, every time i called i got instantly connected with agent. Any issue i had was resolved quickly and with understanding.

Realized i needed smaller seat tube, they sent it straight away with return print for the older one.

Very expensive delivery and return in comparison with competitors. And they even don't bother to put a return form in the box. So you have to download it and then to go somewhere find where to print it and pay even more. All in all, doesn't make sense to buy something in this shop if it is cheap and if you assume a possibility that you will have to return the goods. However, otherwise, the delivery was fast, the goods were exactly as described and there were no problems with refund.

Absolutely best online service I ever received here in Denmark. Not only did the goods arrive one day after I ordered. They were all in top shape and exactly as I had ordered them. In addition, I received a quick written confirmation and a subsequent full refund when I chose to return some items I did not need after all.
